In 2019 hebben wij een gedeelte van onze monumentale boerderij geheel zelf verbouwd tot een mooie boerderijwoning; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo kunt u genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt met diverse eigengemaakte producten. Vanwege zijn ligging is Hoeve de Bies de ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Zo kunt u winkelen, cultuur opdoen in Valkenburg en Maastricht. Daarnaast zijn er mooie fiets- en wandelroutes om het Heuvelland te verkennen.

Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Deze unieke accommodatie maakt onderdeel uit van een oude hoeve, gelegen aan de rand van Maastricht. Je verblijft midden in de natuur op slechts 15 minuten fietsafstand van Centrum Maastricht. Het appartement, wat is opgezet als loft, is fraai vormgegeven en afgewerkt met mooie en duurzame materialen. Je kunt gebruik maken van het heerlijke natuurzwembad dat in de zomer en winter beschikbaar is, gelegen in de grote (gedeelde) tuin. De drukte vlakbij en de rust en natuur direct beschikbaar :)

Mooi overdekt terras met toegang tot de tuin en eigen overdekte parking. Prachtig gelegen op de taalgrens met het pittoreske Kanne (Riemst) en op 3' van Château Neercanne. Wandel- en fietsroutenetwerk langs de deur, ideaal om te genieten van de groene omgeving vlakbij historische steden als Maastricht (10 min), Tongeren en Luik.

In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Waar je heerlijk kunt slapen, luchten kan bekijken vanuit een comfortabel bed met eigen douche, toilet en wastafel. Je kan een ontbijt klaarmaken met koffie en thee. Ook is er een kleine koelkast aanwezig. Koken is niet mogelijk. Dit guesthouse is geschikt voor gasten die voor het diner de stad in willen gaan en die houden van rust.

Our residence is located in the heart of Maastricht, so you can reach the famous Vrijthof or the market within 5 minutes. In addition, you will also find the Bassin and the renovated Sphinxkwartier within walking distance. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

The apartment is self-contained, you have your own bathroom and kitchen. The bed is XL sized and all linen and towels are provided, there is also wifi. The appartment is 38m2 and a terrace from 10m2. Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking.
