the first words from my wife is I want it! She loved the house! It is beautiful and a great location. Secluded, private, peaceful, clean well laid out. Plenty of room! Overall a great experience! Will probably be back again some day!

House was great. We loved the back deck and property. We spent most of our time back there. We wished there wasn’t a security camera looking down on us the whole time. It felt a bit uncomfortable. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s with front door cameras but this house had several cameras looking outside. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a family reunion so we cooked big meals every day. There was only one roll of paper towels and 3 trash bags for a 5 day visit. We ran out on day 3 so I would recommend leaving more of those items. There are three bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is really a walk in wardrobe with a pull down Murphy bed. You have to walk through the master bathroom to get to this 3rd bedroom. It was a little uncomfortable to share the bathroom like this. We had to ask the quest staying in the 3rd bedroom to not go into their room if we needed to take a shower or use the restroom. Just a really odd layout. Pull out couch bed by dining table.

Completely matched the description. Very nice spot. Great area and fit what we needed. The instructions were very clear and helpful since the cell service is spotty going in. Thankful for that heads up! The boathouse area was a big hit with everyone and a nice spot to cool off since it was so hot when we were there. Would stay again and recommend to others wanting to disconnect and enjoy nature a bit!

From the moment we arrived and got settled in we felt at home. This was our first Airbnb experience and Monica and Erik made the stay great. House sits above the river with views in both directions. It was neat watching the fishing guides in the river below. Then when the river flooded (no danger to us) it was great to see the natural flow of river life before our eyes. WE will take our memories with us and hope to return one day.

This house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It is very conveniently located off of the freeway and right next to the fantastic Azalea Mountain Store. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The rain was so heavy during our stay that we received flood warning notifications on our phones, but being inside of this cozy home during a rainstorm was a magical experience. I would certainly stay here again.

Ashley & AJ’s home/property is beautiful!! The air bnb was just like the pictures and felt so welcoming! You are surrounded by nature! The mornings were crisp & the evenings were so relaxing with the beautiful lights, fire pit. The sound of the creek was so relaxing and you see so many stars! It was so nice to be in nature but also be so close to town and other activities! We will definitely be booking this Airbnb again for future Oregon trips!! Thank you Ashley & AJ

We enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend it to others. Everything in the house was as described, there was plenty of room, and the neighborhood was quiet while being just off a main street. Kelly was a responsive host and gave clear instructions about the house.

What a gorgeous space! Right downtown. Walkable to the farmers market and historic downtown shops. My relative that visited was impressed by the rental. It was a great way to show her Roseburg. Heidi was quick to respond and kind. I would highly recommend this place!

We came to town to host a family birthday dinner. This house is awesome. Plenty of room for lots of guests and they had every thing we needed in the kitchen to make our big italian dinner. From pots and pans to serving dishes and platters. We went on a picnic with the littles and there were paper plates, cups etc.. available as well. I love the woodstove room. Very cozy and plenty of areas to curl up with a good book and a hot cup of coffee because keurig pods were supplied. We were so happy to be able to bring our dogs as well, they were safe and really enjoyed the big yard with plenty of space to run and explore. We will definitely be back to this area often and plan to stay here every time. Thank you so much!

The kids LOVED the theming and it was a lovely stay.

Perfect for a couple of people passing through on a roadtrip. We enjoyed the bar too! We would stay there again.

I work all over the United States and stay in several places This has to be the most comfortable house well stock, kitchen and peaceful place that I’ve stayed in It made me feel right at home

A wonderfully secluded place with lots of privacy. A tiny home that still feels spacious and equipped with many amenities. It feels like your own place in the forest, with a river just around the corner. There is also plenty to do in the area. We went to 138 Grill for dinner in the evening. That was a unique experience (for us Europeans), with a typical local atmosphere and food that was very tasty. A top recommendation for us. But back to the BnB. The sleeping accommodations are spacious and the seating table is as you would expect in a tiny home. The kitchen area is also spacious and Jon and Jan have plenty of supplies. It feels as if they regularly visit the house themselves and leave everything behind for their guests. If we come to this area again, I would like to stay a little longer in this nice house. We really enjoyed our stay. Deep bath tub and amazing hottub for hard working individuals that need relaxation on their vacation. We spent Christmas here and it was probably the best Christmas we've ever had just playing board games and spending time together. I highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future.

Sherry is a wonderful hostess and CH Bailey House is everything and more than what you expect it to be from the pristine room to the gorgeous landscape and delicious complementary breakfast and beer. The room is warm and cozy with a fireplace and plenty of pillows and blankets and the hot tub is just steps out the door. I couldn't have been more pleased.

A very comfortable place in a serene location! Thank you, Sonda, for sharing your heaven on earth with us. We really wished that we stayed at your place for a longer time.

This is a beautiful house in a stunning natural setting.

We enjoyed the views from tjis home. Come in the spring - lots of trees are blossoming, including two magnolias on the property. It's a peaceful lication and a quiet house with all the kitchen items and entertainment you could want. The hosts are excellent communicators.
