This warm and comfortable sprawling single level home welcomes you to Sunriver. With room for up to 10 guests this home offers plenty of space and entertainment for any group or family vacation. Hello, my name is Mark Halvorsen and I am the owner of Village Properties at Sunriver. I proudly represent some of the best vacation rentals in Sunriver. When my wife Kate and I decided to open a property management and real estate company we knew we wanted to reflect our core values of honesty, integrity and family. Today, our Village Properties family of employees is made up of local members of this beautiful Central Oregon community who carry forward ever day, a team spirit and dedication to provide our guests with the best experience and memories.

My father was in the military which provided me an opportunity to grow up experiencing many different places, cultures and peoples. My love of travel continued through my childhood and on into adulthood, where today I, along with my wife and son Mitchell, enjoy traveling to unique and exotic locations. We understand the importance of making a lasting impression and strive to provide our guests with award winning experiences.

Sunriver boasts its own unique and special atmosphere. People from all over the world come to Sunriver to relax, view majestic scenery, taste local fare and enjoy the outdoors. Village Properties at Sunriver, with over 33 years of experience in the travel industry, takes the extra steps so you don’t waste any precious vacation moments. We’ll make sure the home is ready for you when you arrive, so you can kick off your shoes and begin the fun. We will even make sure a light is on, heat set to temperature, tv’s up and running, firewood present and bikes accounted for. We’ll even have a dog bowl and treat waiting for those whose reservation includes a pet.
