We are an environmentally sensitive couple who live and work on this property and are excited to share this special location with others. The apartment sits above a working artist's studio space. The studio is in operation between 9 am - 5 pm weekdays and occasionally on the weekend. There is some noise associated with the studio operation but owners are sensitive to guest needs.
I am a nature loving person with a great interest in the outdoors especially plants. I am director of education for a botanical garden in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts and have a deep interest in gardening especially growing food organically. I am married to a wonderful man who makes his living as an artist and partime director of an NGO educating poor girls in Nepal. We have two beautiful grown daughters, Tibetan by birth and adopted from Nepal. Its time to see more of the world as my job starts to wind down. I travel light..usually with backpack....... Having been a NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership Shcool, Lander, Wyoming) instructor for over ten years my motto is "Leave no Trace".......... Elisabeth
