Atención a los huéspedes
As much as they need to answer questions. We live nearby on Nantucket and can recommend restaurants, beaches, walks, etc.
Otros aspectos destacables
We have tons of beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas, etc. so you don't need to bring them. We also have a bunch of old bikes and helmets, if needed. If you're an avid cyclist, better bring your own! No A/C but family uses house during July and August. June, September and October on Nantucket don't really require A/C (when property is available on AirBnB.
"Middle Bear" is our family home, not a traditional "rental". We would hope you would treat it as you would your own home. If you have a full house of 8 people we would encourage outdoor showers so as not to overwhelm septic! No smoking or pets.

Eric grew up summers on Nantucket (in "Middle Bear" - the house now listed!!) and moved year-around to the island over 25 years ago. He is an internationally recognized artist with a gallery on Old South Wharf and in his home at 5 Pine Street. He and his wife, Betsy, are involved with many not-for-profits on the island, and can be usually found in the summer out sailing in "Owl" or fishing. They love Nantucket and hope their guests in the family home will also enjoy the island; its beaches, restaurants, back roads and cultural offerings.
