this place is great. great for a large group and accessible to so many things. we could walk almost anywhere and it's next to bike docks so it's super easy to get around. The space was clean and beds were comfortable. The one downside was that the coffee shop downstairs turns into a bar at night and the noise carries, but Pedro provides ear plugs and noise machines which helped a ton!

Josefina is GREAT. She was willing to reasonably accommodate our needs at every turn. We had a group of 8! We began our trip off the plane at 6am worried we’d have to wait until check-in at 3pm. Josefina was kind enough to allow us luggage drop off at 7am. The housekeeper we were greeted by was also extremely sweet and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the place and answered any questions we might’ve had. We were also accommodated with an early check-in. I’ve stayed in other parts of Mexico and I’m aware hot showers are not guaranteed. Most days we were able to take hot showers if we had the time to let the water warm up which we appreciated. We were stunned by the gorgeous patios of this place. I did badly cut the back of my ankle coming down the outdoor stairs so be cautious of your steps! There was a toilet fix during our stay that didn’t affect us much because there were plenty of other bathrooms to use on the property. Thank you for your hospitality! Be back soon.

Came to celebrate a bachelorette and bachelor party. It was a total of 14 of us so we rented out the whole house. It was great, however a few things to note, the house has no AC and it does get pretty hot in the rooms (at least during the month of April). There aren’t enough fans in each room. We had two fans in one room but it was broken. They said they would fix/bring a new one but didn’t get one. The electricity was going off and so did the wifi but they were able to fix by the time we had come back from being out. The host and their team were communicating with me. Great house and pretty accessible to Mexico City.

Muy buena Experiencia.. La Casa fue muy comoda y es muy agradable para Familias completas... Hay buena distribucion para que los niños convivan... Seguramente sera opcion para un futuro... :)

Martín's house is a beautiful, peaceful space. We were two families traveling together with young kids, and they enjoyed playing in the backyard and the upstairs TV room. It was warm when we visited CDMX and two of the upstairs bedrooms had minisplit A/C units, which was great. Martín was super responsive, even stopping by to drop off some extra towels when we needed them. The location was nice, a short 10-15 minute walk to La Comer for groceries, a 10 minute car ride to an area with many restaurants, and 20-30 minutes to Chapultepec/Condesa/Centro historico depending on traffic. Thanks for the great stay!

This home is exactly what we were needing - a quiet street, house with lots of character, beautiful classic Mexican touches with textiles and tiles, and plenty of space for my husband and I to spread out when I had to work. It’s an easy walk to cafes and restaurants on the charming Santa Catarina plaza, and the bigger Coyoacan market is only a 15-20 min walk away. We will definitely be back! Me encantó el apartamento. Un lugar demasiado cómodo para mí y para mi familia: Es una casa bastante espaciosa; grande, súper impecable y organizada. Las instrucciones fueron demasiado claras. Las camas, los accesorios se ven prácticamente nuevas. Nos dejaron cafesito colombiano, aromáticas, la cocina está súper bien equipada. Me encantó, realmente un lugar bastante recomendado todo. Los anfitriones son bastante amables y responden con puntualidad.

Nos alojamos por 6 días, es muy cómodo para salir a caminar a cualquier hora y con una ubicación cerca al bosque de Chapultepec y al centro de la ciudad, la comunicación con Arturo fue muy buena, nos informaba sobre los eventos en la ciudad y estaba pendiente ante cualquier necesidad que teníamos

Guisela is a thoughtful, kind, and attentive host. Her apartment is spacious yet cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to feel at home. Lots of details, often missing from other rentals I’ve stayed at, are taken care of for you, like shampoo/conditioner/soap and extra toilet paper and towels, cooking equipment/dishes/Tupperware, and cooking oil/salt/pepper and napkins and paper towels. The neighborhood is calm and in a great location to explore the city. It’s walkable and has lots of food options nearby (restaurants/groceries/markets). I would definitely stay at Guisela’s apartment again and highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed for 10 days. The apartment is more beautiful than the photos; extremely spacious, with period furniture and architectural elements. It was quiet, and mostly cool despite hot weather (the bedroom is the coolest room, and there is also a fan if you get warm). Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bee. Our communication with Mariana suffered some delays, but did not negatively affect our trip. Go straight to the concierge, Faustino, with anything you need (like a change of towels or trash removal). We felt like locals living in this glorious Art Deco building surrounded by greenery and blissful quiet (a welcome respite from the din of Centro Historico). So many cool eateries within walking distance. We cannot imagine a better home base for exploring the city.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly impressed by its modern comforts and charming décor. The location was ideal and the host went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

The place is big and clear. Full kitchen with everything to cook. Close to the Coyoacan plaza where you can find restaurants, souvenirs markets, etc We felt at home and loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood. Highly recommended!! The hosts made us feel safe and comfortable. We would go back without hesitation 😊

Excelente sitio. Bien ubicado, hay un Walmart a una cuadra y media. Los muebles son bonitos y muy cómodos, tiene todas las amenidades que mencionan, y me gustó la facilidad de dejar el equipaje con antelación. La zona es muy tranquila, la guardia en la entrada fue muy amable. Los anfitriones muy amables y pendientes. Definitivamente volveré a reservar en el futuro.

My stay at Werner and Osvaldo's was fantastic. They are gracious + generous hosts, and their space is a true labor of love. Osvaldo offers a daily breakfast / brunch to enjoy in their lush garden surrounded by plants, birds, butterflies + their three enthusiastic pups. They were helpful with suggestions for things to do, places to eat + travel logistics. I don't often stay in shared rooms on AirBNB, but I really enjoyed it as it gave me a window of insight into life in Mexico City that I wouldn't have gotten with a traditional apartment. The home is located in the quaint neighborhood of San Angel, close to the famous Saturday market and the Frida + Diego studio - but it is a 20-40 minute drive to the historic center. For us, the location was perfect - we didn't mind the commute and appreciated coming home to a quieter side of the city. The room itself was spacious + lovely, the bed comfortable + the wifi fast :) I would whole heartedly recommend their place.
