It has a trail through the woods on the back of the property that leads to a private, stunning overlook of the surrounding hollers and rock walls, looking west towards the setting sun. Look for rock climbers, enjoy the firepit, and relax with some solitude in this peaceful, private setting. Magnolia Falls is named after the big leaf magnolia trees and the nearby waterfalls on the Peddlers Fork stream. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below. This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.
