Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

The house was wonderful. My family and I felt comfortable there. The kids had plenty of room to run around. Dylan was a great host.

Very clean, well stocked, and Joanathan is very responsive. Its very private, and quiet with nice neighbors & the cute friendly animals next door were a plus. The hot tub was lovely and the firepit was perfect for smores. I enjoyed my stay and I'd 100% recommend it to others.

The house was as described. My family and I agree, we will be back! Wonderful spot, lovely home on the water.

I love this place! I love to cook and the kitchen was amazing! My kids loved the pool and so did my husband. They respond very well. Very quiet area as well. If you have kids very great game room and plenty of space. You may get lucky like we did and see deer. Omg love this place

Evergreen Cottage is definitely a little piece of heaven. From the moment I walked in I fell in love, such a peaceful beautiful place. There was everything you needed plus some. The hot tub was very quite and relaxing. My favorite thing was the delicious homemade cookies and the beautiful ornament made by John and Larry. We will definitely be back to stay. My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

This place was so unique, peaceful, and right in town. But you would never know it. Surrounded by woods. The eye spy game inside the home is the added touch that makes this house so unique. Thank you Anna.

This weekend was planned out of no where and we were worried we wouldn’t find a place to stay! We found this little Gem and couldn’t have been happier from the price, the location, the privacy and amenities. It was perfect for our little get away between the 4 of us. The beds were clean, comfortable and felt right at home, the house when you walked in smelled so clean it was so inviting, the super easy to follow instructions were super great to make sure we did what we could to help with staying there! Having the go tub and looking out at the sunset just made all the good, fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better place! 10/10 recommendation! Will definitely keep this on the list for future trips!

Such a cute and cozy place to stay for our anniversary weekend trip! We enjoyed our stay very much. Samantha was also great in letting us know where to go (if needed) as we were under a Tornado Warning while staying at the cabin. It was overall a great experience!

This cabin was everything and more! It was private and very cozy! We did not want to leave!! We will definitely be going back to stay. Aaron was so nice and very helpful! If you want a beautiful place to stay from the cabin to the views this place is it!
