The house was perfect size for our family and located in a peaceful spot. The pool and hot tub were right across the street from the house and the first floor garage made everything so convenient when leaving and returning from the beach. Michael was great about arranging maintenance when the hot tub broke down during our stay, and contacted us to let it know when it was operational again. We will be back! We had a super relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The unit looks just like the pictures. The view of the ocean from both the upper and lower balconies is fabulous. The unit is decorated nicely. The rain showers in both bathrooms are awesome. The property is well maintained and the front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay - we were close enough to drive into Port A for all the fun and activities there, but in a secluded part of the beach with peace and tranquility. Loved the beach access (wagon and chairs included under deck), the pool, pickleball next door or in Port A at Community Park, and a warm/hospitable environment to just hang out and enjoy time with the family. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful waterfront condo! Lucky #7! My family enjoyed 4 nights at Michael’s place. Clean and equipped with everything you needed for a good time with family. Beautiful unit inside and out I really loved the decor and beach feel. There was no stone untouched there where life jackets, paddle board, ping pong table, beach chairs even a crabbing cage. I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb and this one had the most bang for your buck. I would recommend and return! My children noticed how nice and equipped everything was. Only 7 minutes to everything which was nice as well.

This place was so close to the beach and the walk was so quick and simple! Would stay there again anytime. Kitchen was very well equipped and ample space.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing along with a short walk to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the private pool and bunk beds.

Fantastic space, easy walking location to the beach and a short drive to restaurants. The neighborhood gives 30A vibes with the delicate pastel-color houses! Plenty of towels, comfortable living space and beds. Such a cute house, we will be back!

Beautiful home, golf cart is a major bonus. Pool was a great hit with the kids, warmer for the pool works wonderfully as well. Lots of beach/pool toys in the garage to use. Having a washer and dryer at the home was huge for us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an “at home” feel, but at the same time feel like you’re on a paradise vacation.

Went for a girls weekend. We had a wonderful time. Location was great. We loved the home. Plenty of room for relaxing. Very beautiful and clean. Communication was very easy with the host. We definitely will stay again. Having a private pool made our stay even better. Thank you to our host.

As most reviewers have said, the house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. A convenient location for the beach, easily walkable, although most people do seem to hire golf carts making for a rather busy beach. Jessica was super easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had which was much appreciated.

The house was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive. It’s close to a couple of shops to walk. A plus that it comes with a golf cart. I also want to note that parking is tight especially if you drive a truck or SUV. The pool is about the size of a hot which is great for littles or adults that just want to hang poolside and stick their feet in. It’s super cramped in the backyard. There is no privacy because the houses are packed in close. You can see into everyone’s backyard and hear everyone’s conversations. We had a great time and made some memories. Thank you.

We booked this trip less than 24 hours ahead of time and thanks to the host they made it happen for us. I couldn't be more grateful! The location was perfect and it allowed us to drop our bags, rent a golf cart and, and find our way to the beach all within minutes. Can't wait to visit again!

After a little trouble locating the correct unit, we had a great stay and loved the home, location and game room. We were disappointed there wasn't direct beach access but the drive was short and the beach beautiful. We were also disappointed not to find information regarding local restaurants, food delivery options and general things to do in the area but we just googled things. All in all a good stay.

Beth is the best host, always responsive. Makes us feel welcomed with little gifts. And absolutely the cleanest place. Either she has the best cleaning company or she must go check things herself regularly. We will be back!

The most perfect weekend. The location was awesome and it was so easy to check in. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

This is a gorgeous home located on a beautiful beach and golf community. The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a vacation. It is obvious that the owner has taken great pride in the details that make this home a special place to stay. We had a group of 8 ladies and we had plenty of space to spread out. The boardwalk is just across the street making it very convenient to get to the beach. Our 3 day stay was negatively affected when on the second day, the AC went out on the main area, where the master bedroom is also located. After a bit of difficulty getting in touch with the management group and their several attempts to fix the AC it was found to be a part that wasn’t available until Monday. With the community having 2 beautiful pools we hung out there instead of spending time in a hot house. The management group worked with us and a resolution was agreed upon. We realize this unfortunate situation was unpredictable. We had a great time,

Shore Beats Work was awesome! Port A allows you to drive on and park straight on the beach ($12/annual per car beach pass, available at any gas station). This house is less than a mile from the closest beach access so it was ideal. We thought this was actually better than being in walking distance across a boardwalk due to all the beach toys! The house itself was immaculate! My family also loved the supplied beach toys and boogie boards! The house easily accommodated my family! (7YO, 5YO, 2YO in bunk room. 4MO in pack-n-play in upstairs room with us and still plenty of space. Grandparents in 2nd upstairs room.) Only downsides were the Pac Man machine in the photo was out of order (since July 2023), and there was an INSANE amount of mosquitoes outside… though that’s not the fault of the owners! Windy days were much better in this regard.

Nice house, good location-walking distance to restaurants. Thomas is very thorough in his guide and is quick at responding to any questions we had.

The stay turned out to be phenomenal. We truly enjoyed our family vacation due to the location of the property, the cleanliness, the warmth and the host. After our busy day at the beach we were able to come back and truly relax in the accommodations. This is a place we will absolutely come back to!!

While the outside of the home looks like it could be refreshed, one we walked inside, we were pleasantly surprised with a very homey renovated inside. Clean floors, and a great table for seating for 6. Had windows showing out to the beach, I did hope that the windows were cleaner so that we could actually see the outside more clearly. They had a coat of haze on them, but that is tough to keep clean in a sandy wet area, so I understand. Balcony with 6 seats outside was excellent, we spent a lot of time just hanging out there. 6 big chairs to sit outside and look at the water we're perfect. Being able to walk right to the water is something that cannot replace, this house right on the water. We were 6 ppl, and everything seemed perfect for 6 from a seating perspective. Couches were great and spotless, were really inviting to sit on, which is not something I can say for every Airbnb I have been at, so huge plus. Overall, our stay was excellent, thanks for having us.

We had an incredible stay at this beach house in Port Aransas! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, updated, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The private pool was wonderful. After spending time in town and at the beach, it was nice to come back and relax by the poolside. The pool was peaceful, beautifully lit, well-maintained, and perfect for kids and adults. The home was spacious and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra beach towels. They had several toys and games for the kids to play with. The beds were comfortable. The open-concept living area made it easy to spend quality family time together. The house was close to restaurants, shops, and all the fun Port A has to offer. The street was a bit noisy at night as cars drove by, but this did not hinder our experience. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice beach vacation!

We loved the 3 story home and private pool. Excellent communication the golf cart and having the beach chairs and beach umbrella delivered and ready for us was a huge plus! We will rent again!
