The unit is located in the newly developed Tuscan Village area of Salem, NH, which is by far the best location in town. The space itself is luxurious, and my host was absolutely perfect—accommodating, helpful, and attentive. She greeted me upon arrival and ensured I had everything I needed to get settled in smoothly.

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

The condo is lovely and exactly as pictured and described. The furniture was quite comfortable, beds were great, plenty of room and easy one flight stair access. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Having a reserved parking space was a perk. Theresa was very easy to reach and provided very helpful local info. We definitely plan to go back!

My group stayed at Phil and Kaylin’s for an event at the SNHU arena. The location was perfect as the arena was only a few minutes away from the property. Phil and Kaylin also went out of their way to provide an early check in time so my group could check in prior to the event at the SNHU arena starting. The flexibility was very appreciated. The house was very spacious and clean.

Alana is amazing. I did not want to leave, because I really enjoyed talking with her and spending time with her and her friends. She helped me a lot and gave me advise and I appreciate it. Alana’s place is absolutely lovely and feels more home than home. It is very functional and there is a lot thoughtful detail. There is everything you could need, including a fully functional kitchen and strong internet that worked without any issues. The area is quiet, peaceful and has a lot of beautiful nature. I already miss Alana’s cats, who want to be pet and play with you. I felt very safe and Alana responded quickly to any possible issue and is just an amazing host. Recommendation: Don’t miss out on sitting on the porch in the afternoon, it will soothe your soul.

We had a wonderful stay! We met Bobby when we arrived and he was extremely kind and welcoming. His home was exactly as described, very clean and cute. Easy walk to town and beach. We enjoyed just hanging out too! Had a great weekend :)

We have stayed at this house for the last 5 years now and is always better than the last. It is located right in the center of town. Small walking distance to everything. So spacious and perfect for our large group every year!! Highly recommend!!
