The Maplemere

The Maplemere is closely located to several destinations in Martin. The University of Tennessee at Martin, the Ag-Pavilion, downtown shops and the hospital are minutes away. Only 15 minutes to The Discovery Park of America. The home boasts three bedrooms, including 2 sets of bunk twin beds, a full bedroom, and a queen master suite. Large dining area and cozy living room is a home away from home. Convenient key-pad entry. The Maplemere is perfect for a quick trip or for a longer work stay.

The "Heart of Milan" Guest House

This is a vintage 1920's craftsman style bungalow that has recently been redecorated. You will be renting the whole house to include a large master bedroom, a second private bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, office, living space and common room with an extra twin bed. Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a pet fee.

To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house.
