This new flat comprises of a stylish kitchen/diner and living area that includes a 55 inch smart TV, Dishwasher and Washer Dryer. There is an enclosed private courtyard with decking and dining set. Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.
