Charming upstairs room, tucked away in SW end wing, inside 1900 Historic 4800 sq ft gem. This is the "Sun Parlor" room, one of 8 themed rooms and the original sun room of house. Very bright and spacious with Queen bed, desk, TV, A/C, and more! Complimentary self-prep coffee and tea. Great downtown location. Common areas include: large kitchen, multiple dining areas, coffee room, library, parlor, sitting room, laundry, lovely yards, fountains, BBQ area. Shared 1 and a half bathrooms.

One small downstairs bedroom available in a quiet Beaumont home. There is one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall and easy access to the kitchen. Near freeways, shopping, restaurants and grocery. 15 Minutes to Casino Morongo and Cabazon Outlets. 35 Minutes to Palm Springs. Minutes to Oak Glen Note: A friendly Labrador Retriever lives on the property and does come inside when I’m home. I want all of my guests to be aware in case there is a fear of dogs or allergies.

Hello, I’m new to hosting. This is a spacious master bedroom with its own private bathroom. You will find peace and quiet here and comfort knowing security patrols the area at night. Occasionally you can hear the train which sometimes can be noisy (I don’t think it’s too bad and it doesn’t last very long) but I know some who enjoy the sound.
