Dorian was an amazing host and super accommodating. She was responsive (even during her child’s Wed) and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this location if you want to be in the center of everything!

This place was a great location, especially if you have an event downtown! We had a wedding to attend and could walk everywhere. Chris was so responsive and the place was perfect for our group of friends. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Lorraine’s place was so special. We traveled with my mom who is in a wheelchair so that she and my dad could spend time with their grandchild. We have traveled all over the world with her and are used to having to figure out hacks/fixes to help her get around in all of those places. To be at Lorraine’s place, where accessibility was the priority, not an afterthought, was such a relief. We were grateful for the time together and the beach wheelchair so she could also go down to the water!

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

The photos do not do this apartment justice. It is beautiful and the he attention to detail is fabulous. The two of us had a wonderful stay for a long weekend. We didn’t need to drive anywhere, the apartment is in the perfect spot. It is spotlessly clean and there was plenty of towels and coffee and even a beach bag and towels for our walks to the beach everyday. This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at.

We absolutely loved staying here! Brought our babygirl (Atheena) it was her first time ever at the beach she loved it ! We got to walk everywhere which she absolutely loved as well ! Love that even coffee shop nearby are dog friendly! Will be back ! Thank you guys!

Great home for the weekend, close to the beach and had all the amenities to cook and more! Beautiful outside patio and seating area. Bed extremely comfortable. We had to check in late and hosts were very accommodating and phenomenal!

We loved this place! It’s so peaceful and very clean. We felt right at home. We enjoyed how close it is to everything. You can literally walk to anything you would need or want. The views from the balcony are amazing. Overall 10/10 would highly recommend. MK was a wonderful host, super accommodating and easy to work with.

We had a short but sweet stay! The location is pretty unbeatable if you’re not going to be waterfront. Easy walk across the bridge to public accesses and restaurants and coffee! The backyard was fantastic for our toddler to run around freely and safely. The hosts were the best kind of people. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I’m very familiar with the area and the house felt like a secluded getaway from the tourists and traffic on the island. Big bonus!

Location, Location, Location Unobstructed view of the beach (sunrise) from the master bedroom and the balcony. Quiet sanctuary to reflect on the goodness of life and the ocean. Beautiful view and scenery that you cannot beat. You are literally nestled at the end of the pier with awesome views! Mattresses: Top-of-the-line quality sleep on premium mattresses. TVs: Each bedroom and the living room had its own Roku tv. High-end amenities: everything is plush in this unit. Leather couches, plush rugs (even the bath mats), high-quality sheets, towels, and beddings. Coffee maker is an espresso machine, with a frothier and a carafe much better than Starbucks. Granite countertops and an xl deep stainless steel kitchen sink with a detachable faucet. Parking was super easy (2 spaces) right beside the elevator. We will definitely return again. Don’t hesitate to book this hidden gem, it is well worth it. Beach access is right behind the pool and jacuzzi (opening soon). Book now!

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. The Casita was such a cute place to stay! Absolutely wonderful! Loved all the artistic details! Lisa was such a great host, she was so friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful time with our grand kids over Labor Day weekend. This is a great place to stay if you are a beach person. Also, indoor & outdoor pools and hot tub are a good addition in case the weather doesn't cooperate. We will definitely be back!

Seabreeze was a great little getaway. It was off the main stretch of beach so you aren’t on top of your neighbors. The owners were friendly and helpful, telling us about the fishing and other things we could do. The dock was amazing with Bluetooth speakers and great views. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful trip to the coast. Would love to come back!
