Mirvely was a really good host, always available to respond and help. The place is a paradise, quiet and peaceful also is very clean and had exactly what you need. You can have a good taste of DR, near of beautiful beaches and rivers, local restaurants offer a variety of fresh seafood. I highly recommend this place and the host. Bonus: Mirvelys mom made delicious habichuelas con dulce.

I thought Gustavo's place was beautiful! You can't beat the location, as you are literally right across the street from the famous Kite Beach. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Henri, who manages the property made my check-in really easy and even arranged a taxi for me from the airport. The entire staff made me feel very welcome and I really enjoyed the stunning roof top for morning workouts and sunshine! Great value for your money if you want a safe, comfortable, and scenic stay in Kite Beach.

Great place and great hosts. Janet, Willow and Frida are a great team. We stayed 3 months. They were always helpful with where to go and things to do. They are all super friendly and came around a lot to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. The place is well looked after and maintained well. For us with no transportation, it was close to the beach and the main grocery store. Also there’s plenty of restaurants near by which Janet recommended and were delicious. Public transport is cheap and plentiful for when we wanted to go further away. Food is roughly half as much as we pay in Canada and is very fresh. There’s no stove in the apartment but there’s a BBQ you can use also which was great. The pool is great and kept very clean. Morning it heats full sun and by the afternoon you can sit in the sun or get some shade. Overall great stay and will return if available.

Once again my wife and I would like to thank Melissa (and BIG THANKS to Sabrina, you're the BEST!!) for the use of her condo. The condo was everything we had wished for and more. Orilla del Mar is a great place to visit the property is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. ODM's staff are constantly working at keeping the property in pristine shape and are always there to help with any request (big THANKS to Raul). Next, I must say that the other people that are owners or renters at ODM, are some of the best people that I have ever met. Always a good morning or good day and always very open to any questions that we may have had, as to ODM or the surrounding Cabarete area. The local Dominican's are again very friendly and helpful a real bonus to making for a very successful vacation. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Nos sentimos como en casa! La parte favorita: Terraza espaciosa y justo frente a la piscina. Marie super atenta y agradable. Gracias! Merci!!! Volveremos a visitar, definitivamente. :-)

Excelente lugar para ir en familia, muy limpio, ordenado, equipado y seguro. Fácil de llegar, muy tranquilo para relajarse, muy cerca de la playa y de restaurantes buenos. Totalmente lo recomiendo para ir en familia, yo espero regresar pronto.

this is an excellent studio apartment and I highly recommend it. five stars. who is well appointed, clean and centrally located. All amenities were in walking. distance: shopping, restaurants, transportation the beach. everything is right there at your fingertips while living in a traditional Dominican neighborhood. It doesn't get any better than this.

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Muy bonito espacio, todo igual a lo descrito y a las fotos. Mi única observación sería que se sentía mucha humedad y polvo en la sala y en la habitación, tal vez por las cortinas.

Definitivamente volveré a este alojamiento. 100% recomendado!!!

Great place, looks even better than the pictures. This might be one of the best Airbnb properties I've rented out. Clean, well located, very functional, close to all the beaches. Felix is friendly and very responsive. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our recent holiday at Ocean One was wonderful in a very pleasant atmosphere. Our host was available for any issues we had and responded quickly!

Tuvimos el privilegio de pasar 11 semanas en este preciosísimo lugar. La ubicación es estratégica, a medio camino entre la ruta principal y la playa El Encuentro, lo que garantiza tranquilidad y canto de pájaros todo el día. El departamento está orientado para disfrutar del desayuno en sombra y ver bellos atardeceres. Todo es tal como en las fotos, el condominio muy bien mantenido, con vigilancia nocturna. Los anfitriones atentos, el internet Starlink y generador eléctrico aseguran una estadía muy cómoda. Algunas observaciones: 1. El sofá está algo deteriorado, sería bueno cambiarlo. 2. Hay hormigas, aunque proporcionan insecticidas. 3. Los corredores de la cortina en la entrada son largos y a veces llegan a pegar. 4. Las ventanas laterales pueden abrirse al cerrar la puerta principal. 5. Hay pocas tiendas cercanas, pero eso podría cambiar con el desarrollo de la zona. Pese a estos detalles, el lugar es increíble. Felices de regresar para otra gran temporada de surf!

We loved our time at Orilla del Mar. George is a fabulous HOST and he always responded quickly to my questions and also provided updates about property maintenance, etc. The CONDO itself is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to have access to a BBQ. It is a good 20 minute walk to town but for us the LOCATION was perfect. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is lovely. The palapa's on the beach were a definite bonus. George made everything easy and we couldn't have found a better place or host. We would not hesitate for a second to return.

Great location right across from the beach. Casa Laguna’s pool area is one of the best in the area. Less expensive than booking a hotel there too.

Grand appartement, au 2 e étage avec 1 lit King et 2 lits doubles. Beau grand balcon meublé donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Serviettes de plage comprises. Cuisine très bien équipée avec distributeur d’eau potable. Excellente pression d’eau et disponibilité d’eau chaude dans la douche. Accessibilité à pied aux restos/rue commerciale. Stationnement sécuritaire. Nous avons eu un super séjour!

A beautiful bright, well appointed apartment with an open view on a spectacular property. Convenient location close to town with all main points of interests close by, especially anything water sports related of course! The hosts both Paz and Ana were incredibly responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We look forward to going back again soon!
