Conker Lodge is 10 min walk to The Old Mill which is sat on the banks of the scenic River Stour and its many leisure facilities which include river walks, cycling routes, fishing. Only 10 min drive to Bournemouth, 15/20 min drive to New Forest

Attached to the beautiful Shirley House, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 5 minutes' drive onto the open Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege. Meet our donkeys, horse & birds and relax in the New Forest National Park.

Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
