This waterfront home features two full kitchens, three indoor living areas, and private bedrooms. 15 minutes from Angleton, Lake Jäckson, Surfside and Freeport. 15 minutes by boat to Capt Mark’s Marina, with access to Bastrop Bay, West Galveston Bay, and Chocolate Bay. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Freeport Studios boasts beautiful grounds featuring 200 fully furnished studios with equipped kitchens and 2 three-bedroom homes. Our Studios are 10-15 min from the beach (Surfside/Quintana) Each studio includes a washer and dryer and access to several amenities such as grilling pavilions, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table. Onsite bar Mon-Sat eves with food trucks and live music or a DJ on special days.
