Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off a working area with two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the full-size stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through.

We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.
