It was a great stay with absolute stunning views. Being living in a city, it was a dream to be in such a peaceful environment. It was highly refreshing mentally and physically. Karen was proactive in her communication and guidance. And she was also responding quickly to the queries. I would definitely recommend this property if someone wants to get rid of the chaos in city and have a peaceful vacation amid the nature and farm with breathtaking scenic views.

The house was in a convenient location and provided the amenities we needed for our short stay in Windermere. Liam was very responsive and provided clear and helpful information regarding check-in. We would stay here again!

What a great place to stay! I booked Lynda and Fraser's place for a group celebration with friends and it was the perfect place. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for groups, so many plates, glasses and wine glasses. The dinning table is really big, and we used that a lot. There are three big comfy sofas, perfect for socialising and having a chill. The bedrooms were great, the bunk beds were comfy and again lots of space, with nice views from the windows. There is also a lovely large outdoor table to the side of the property, with a cover over it where we had breakfast. Communication prior to the stay was fantastic. Lynda and Fraser responded to all my questions really quickly and they kindly recommended some walks and pub lunches. The property is in the middle of nowhere, so it is a great place to get away from everything and just relax. The countryside is truly beautiful and great for walks. Would 100% recommend. A lovely place that has private access to lake Windermere. Great base to explore the area. Very spacious accommodation and the garden views are wonderful, and a lovely scenic view of the lake as well.
