Recently stayed here for a getaway from the city and, wow this place was great! It was just an 1 hour away, so even though there was a snow storm, getting there was no problem. The cottage was great, a great view of the lake, quality appliances in the kitchen, fully stocked kitchen (we had zero issues with cooking), clean and showers with enough hot water, and a great hot tub. It's rare to find a cottage where there were no issues with anything but this one is definitely one of the rare ones. I would definitely book this again. Weiqi and Shuyan were great hosts. They provided clear and easy instructions for check in, as well as instructions on how to use all the amenities for the cottage. They were also super responsive to the questions and requests we had. A++

Very big and beautiful place! We really enjoyed our stay here, there was more than enough room for the 9 of us. Really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

I stayed at this air b&b with 14 people. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the host was great & very responsive! Highly recommend if you are looking for some time away or need a home base for a large group just outside of Toronto

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tahnee place. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The place itself was beautiful, with breathtaking views and plenty of space for our family. It was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for, from a fully-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and cozy living spaces.We had a great time as a family, enjoying everything that the property had to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The host was top-notch, the place was stunning, and we had a truly memorable time. We would like to come back in the summer to experience it all!

Beautiful private cottage, we would love to come back again!

We stayed at Arthur's place for a week, felt right at home, comfortable stay, kids had a ball, nice surroundings and scenery, and we enjoyed all the amenities the place has to offered. One of the highlights for our first trip to Canada!

We had a great time at Todd's place. Julie and Todd were both easy to reach and helpful whenever we had questions! The location is beautiful and there was a lot to do around the area! would recommend!!

The place was spacious and very close to the walk by the water. Brian left clear instructions on checking in and how to use the hot tub. Overall a great weekend getaway for the family :)

The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures (I’d even say it’s even more beautiful). It’s perfect for sharing with friends, as it has plenty of spaces to gather. The area where the house is located is amazing—just a few blocks from many shops and only one block from the lake.

It is an amazing little cottage! It was exactly what I was looking for. I can't think of one thing that could have been better. Some of the reviews stated the loud water thing but it is not loud and only turns on when you run water. The shower pressure was great. The kitchen was perfect and had everything. The beds were comfy. Huge yard which the dogs loved and right down the street from the beach. HIGHLY reccomend! Can't wait to book again! The owner was also EXTREMELY responsive (within minutes) and offered an early check-in and late checkout which was appreciated!

We had a very good time at the Cozy Nook. The cottage was lovely. The place was clean and tidy. The linens smelled very fresh. We did not spend much time inside as our visit to innisfil was for the outdoors. We had our own private patio and grill to use which was nice. We did have a shared backyard but luckily the neighbours allowed for us to use it more during our stay. The fire pit made for a warm night, as it did get chilly. We loved that it was dog friendly. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk. But because we took our dog with us, it was a 15 minute walk to the dog beach along the beach path. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage.

Natalie’s cabin is the perfect escape from the city. The best part about it is you aren’t driving hours to get there it’s convenient but also just so relaxing and gorgeous! The nature there was exquisite and the land itself is surreal. The place is so clean, spacious, quiet! Natalie has a gorgeous little pond with a dock just perfect to enjoy some wine or your morning coffee. The firepit was so much fun at night with some s’mores. The bbq was well kept! The land is just picturesque. My (then) boyfriend proposed to me on Natalie’s dock and it was just truly magical. I would recommend this property to anyone I could! 5/5 will go back again!

This place felt right at home! It was clean, cozy and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for another stay soon!

My family quite liked our stay here. Felt comfort able right away, host was easy to reach. So most of restaurants and beach entrance for visitors found to be within walking distance. Cottage is just the right size but the porch is where we spent most of our time. Firepit was a nice touch to its already beautiful yard space. Thank you for having us!

the sunrise was breathtaking looking over the frozen lake. the cottage was beautiful and exactly as described. we loved our stay! we had a 5 year old in tow and she had the most amazing time playing in the space. so close to Friday Harbour which is very lovely.

This property is located within walking distance of Lake Simcoe and walking paths. The property though located outside the city has grocery stores, LCBO and other fast food locations in close proximity. A beautiful 3 storey property for large family and/or friends gathering with each level self-contained with a light and peaceful ambience. Overall the property was clean and all our guests and myself were pleased with the amenities. We are looking forward to using this facility again in the near future and will recommend to other family members and friends.

The cottage was beautiful and quiet with a cute patio and outdoor fireplace. The hosts were very nice and left a very complete and comprehensive booklet with instructions but also recommendations of places to visit (special mention for Cove Café!!). The place is walking distance from the beach. We highly recommend it!

Jesse and Mandy are great hosts The place is perfect for what we needed for and everything is there that we need very good communication through both of them. I would recommend renting this place if I was you you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was fantastic. The White House on the Hill lived up to its billing. The view was spectacular and yes at the top of the hill. Liliana was a great host. Very responsive when we needed her. We had our families their for Christmas and the Holiday, Liliana decorated the house for us. A Christmas tree, decorations and many wonderful things that made us feel like it was our own house for Christmas. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and counter space. The dinning area was spacious and perfect for serving. The family/ Great Room was very cozy. A comfortable leather L couch for us to curl up and enjoy movies. The wood burning stove added so much to the room. The warmth, ambience and smell of the fire was like an old cottage. All wood was provided. Liliana was very gracious letting us have a later check out on January 1. We stayed from December 26th to January 1 and had a fantastic experience. We would recommend the White House on the Hill 5 STARS. We will be there again Rose, Gord & Family

The cottage was exactly as described and looked liked the pictures. Great aesthetic and decor with clean rooms. Beautiful outdoor space right by the water and a nice fire pit area. Anh was also very flexible and generous with the checkout time. We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, highly recommended and would definitely come back!
