Arguably Irelands best scenery, enjoy views of Dingle Peninsula/Coumeenoole Bay, the Blasket Islands and Dunmore Head. The famous Coumeenoole beach is a 10 minute stroll, Dingle town is 10 miles away and Killarney 50 miles.

Small studio adjacent to my home, suited to guests who value peace, open views and dark night skies (practical, not luxury). On the Wild Atlantic Way, one mile off the Ring of Kerry and 10 minutes’ drive to Portmagee and Skellig Michael departures. Close to Cahersiveen, Ballinskelligs, Valentia and Waterville. Not suitable for groups, parties or hotel-style stays.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families business remote working.

The Boat House is located right on the beach (perfectly safe for kids) on the island of Valentia off the Southwest coast of Ireland. The big window in the sitting room overlooks the beach, Lighthouse, Beginish Island and beyond. It is the most wonderful place to be in good weather and the most fascinating in bad weather when you can watch big waves crashing onto the beach, the rugged shore and the rocks by the lighthouse - all while being cuddled up on the couch with a hot cup of tea!
