Conveniently located between Fruita and Grand Junction just above the CO River. Our high desert weather makes a visit perfect in any season. A few activities to consider include skiing, mountain biking, viewing fall colors, several golf courses, many hiking trails, CO National Monument and river, JUCO, art galleries, and tours of our local vineyards.

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation.
