Great place. Location is very convenient. Spotlessly clean. Everything seems to be brand new. Hosts are perfect. Will definitely return.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine renovierte Einheit. Dadurch war es auch modern eingerichtet. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Resort, welches viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet und super gut belegen ist. Durch das Resort hat man vor Ort leicht die Möglichkeit für den Check-in oder nach Unterstützung zu fragen sollte man etwas im Apartment benötigen Es sind genügend Parkplätze verfügbar und der Parkplatz war auch im Preis inbegriffen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Crystal Cove ist eine wunderschöne Gegend. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und die rutschen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.

I enjoyed my stay at Mandy's place. The location was convenient with quick access to many stores in the area. The place was clean with a nice TV and kitchen area. Mandy was polite and super responsive to anything I needed.

Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

This was a great place to stay for Disneyland! We walked there each day, it’s about a mile and a half but there is a bus line very close to the condo if that’s preferable. We loved this condo - it was clean and the staff were really friendly and some really great customer service all around! They held our stroller for us when we rented one, Building and parking was very secure and much better than a cramped hotel for my family, yet it has all the amenities of a hotel like clean towels upon request. The one thing I didn’t like too much was the sale pitch to “tour” the vip penthouse and offering of prizes to tour - this place is a timeshare so it was a little off putting at check in when we went through Airbnb. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back! Thanks.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Had to change from a different reservation last minute and Nancy was more than accommodating! Place was clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast playing uno and foozball…. They didn’t want to leave! Bathrooms even had fancy toilet paper bows and the toilets had the paper wrappers to show they were clean like a hotel. Would stay again!

es un lugar tranquilo y muy recomendable para estar con la familia, tiene vista del lago y está cerca de un parque, cuenta con espacio para estacionar el auto. las camas y almohadas fueron muy cómodas, cocina con los elementos suficientes para cocinar, pero también hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca por si lo deseas. la limpieza del lugar cuando llegamos era excelente

Brenda was one of the best hosts I’ve had during my Airbnb stay. Brenda was very accommodating for my family: had flexible checkin/check out times, had quality bedding and amenities, and she always prompt and friendly when I reached out about questions. The home was very clean, which I appreciated given I had stayed at other Airbnbs in Newport Beach before. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb to other guests and friends!

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend! Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

Denney’s place was great! We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The amenities were perfect too. The only slight issue was the neighbor’s dogs that barked a considerable amount (no fault of Denney’s of course). Denney was extremely responsive to the issue and a fantastic host! Would stay again :)

Me encantó el alojamiento, buena ubicación, limpio y muy hogareño, lo único malo es que tenías que subir muchos escalones con maletas y demás, me tocó en el piso 3, pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Great deal for a long-term stay. Had to extend last minute and Laura was too kind to accommodate our request. She was very friendly and responsive too! Neighborhood is private and peaceful, it felt right at home. Unit was really cozy and we love that we are able to use the garage as most rentals we’ve seen don’t allow such. We enjoyed the private patio as well. Loved every minute of our stay!

If you are going to Disneyland this is a must stay! Out of the many hotels I’ve stayed at near Disneyland, this provided us with the best stay at a great price. Property manager was very kind and helpful. The property is only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland (even less if you hop on the monorail. The house was clean and the pool was great. My family will definitely be coming back and also recommending to friends!
