We had a wonderful stay, the stunning valley views were the highlight of our trip, creating a peaceful and picturesque backdrop. The studio cottage was the perfect countryside getaway, ideal for couples or solo travellers, especially those who enjoy wildlife and scenic walks. Tucked away in a private location, it offered the ideal setting for a romantic escape, while only just a 4-minute drive to Wotton-under-Edge. The cottage was immaculate and well maintained, with tasteful interiors, décor and artwork painted by the owners. Everything felt very well put together and inviting. We especially loved the outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, great for relaxing in the sunshine! Victoria’s communication was excellent throughout, and Peter offered warm hospitality. We had all the basics during our stay, including a selection of toiletries, and kitchen essentials such as milk, coffee, tea, sugar, and condiments. We would have no hesitation in booking again! Highly recommend!

Loved staying in Valley View cottage, what a treat to wake up to the goats and chickens outside the back of the accommodation. Great little fenced yard with tables and chairs that was great as we had our two dogs with us. Brilliant kitchen facilities and nice bathroom. Very clean throughout. Would come again! The only critique I could offer would be to update the welcome pack and message as some of the information offered is out of date.

We absolutely loved our stay – this place truly is Beyond Five Star. First and foremost, the value for money is incredible. The setting is like something out of a story book! It’s a stunning, peaceful location that feels both wild and wonderfully curated. The property itself has been lovingly and thoughtfully modernised to an exceptional standard. Everything feels brand new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail is clear throughout – from the high-spec fittings to the generous welcome package with essentials and thoughtful touches, including cleaning products. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi (an absolute dream), the local wildlife, scenic walks, and the brilliant little fire pit outside – great for evening chats and even a bit of outdoor cooking. The kitchen is really well-appointed with everything you could need. We will be back and take both cottages this time for us and friends.

Great stay Andy was available on our arrival to show us around and how to use things, beds were made up for the amount of guests and location is beautiful!

We’ve just come back from staying in NO 1 Linhay cottages, and it was beautiful stay. Everything was clean spotless and had so many lovely little touches that must have gone into this when building and designing the inside. You have everything you need plus more! Love the open plan downstairs which leads into ample outside space and big open patio doors. In the kitchen you even get a coffee machine with pods. And the upstairs bedrooms have plenty of space with both having en-suit bathrooms. Which were lovely and all done to a high spec. We came for our wedding anniversary with our teenage son and our small Cavapoo lady. We also loved the little touch’s outside with include outside games and ping pong. Rob and his dad were extremely friendly when we spoke to them in person when we was there. We will definitely be back! Thankyou for having us.

I don’t think the photos do this place justice! Beautiful apartment with such attention to detail with the furnishings. It has been decorated to a very high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Lovely service from the hosts as well as it was a special occasion. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The coachhouse is set in an idyllic location. Super cosy with all the amenities.

Beautiful accommodation and lovely views of Bath. The flat was spacious for a family of 4 and equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Sarah’s lodge. It was peaceful and very clean. It is situated a short and scenic route from Cheddar where we spent most of our time hiking and eating cheese! There are many walks which you can take directly from the lodge which is lovely. Lots of local wildlife to see. Sarah was responsive, friendly and helpful which is all you need in a host. Would recommend 100% and will probably make a return visit next year as we missed out doing a few forest walks 🥾🌳
