This place is lovely. Aircon in all the bedrooms would be better, this is Queensland after all. Not great for elderly though as there's lots of stairs. Kitchen was missing a few items, and the items that were there were just all over the place in all different cupboards and drawers. Lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries, but no gladwrap or tupperware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

Had an awesome weekend stay at this Gold Coast spot! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfy — exactly like the photos. Loved the big open living area and breezy veranda, perfect for kicking back after a day out. The pool was a winner too, especially in the warm weather. Location was quiet but still close enough to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth the whole time. Would 100% stay again!

Very nice house in a quiet leafy suburb. Close to shops and the river. Small but refreshing swimming pool. Everything we needed was there.

Stayed here and enjoyed the long weekend. Easy to commute to wherever you need and located nicely for our needs.

I will recommend for all people who need greater place to stay in heritage park to book this house, well organised, good furnitures and a speedy wifi I can’t wait to come back here

Andre greeted us as we checked in and was very friendly. Chatted for a while making us accustomed to the house and also gave great recommendations on cafes and restaurants. The house was perfect for our family of 4 young kids with a PS3: 1 large private master bedroom with separate his/her wardrobe and a large bathroom; 3 bedrooms for the kids; even an extra "guest room" downstairs. The dining area and kitchen was great as was the outdoor area with pool which we used a few times. Close to a shopping area that had Woolworths, Harvey Norman, Rebel Sport etc and also some great running/biking treks. Overall a great house.

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

Would highly recommend staying at Roge’s Cool flat! It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and walkable to the city. Quiet yet central and great for a small doggie. Thanks Roge we will visit again next time we are in Brisbane!

Location was great if you have boat for pontoon. Our first night the neighbours were having a party and kept us up but other than that it was a great couple days away

Many thanks to Jian and the team for supplying us with a beautiful home in a great location that enabled us to spend time together as a family. I would recommend this home for family or friends who are wanting plenty of space with 2 large kitchens!

The house was well equipped and had enough space even for a big family like us. The surrounding environment was also quiet and beautiful! My little sisters enjoyed their time walking down to the park which they loved :-)

I booked Sophie and Ari’s place for my dad and brother, who were visiting from overseas, and they had a great stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and as described. Sophie and Ari were fantastic hosts - friendly and very responsive, making communication easy throughout. Highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area 🙂

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

Jacks place was the perfect setting for our creative family. The eclectic choices in decor and art made us feel right at home. With a wonderful outdoor entertainment area, it truly felt like a villa pool. Easy to walk to quaint cafes and shops or head into the city by train. Such a great stay, from the time of booking to check out. Alice was so clear with communication and always responded within half an hour or so. The home was a delight to walk into. We were super comfy. The beds were great. It was so lovely to open the Queenslander windows for the breeze! We simoly could not fault the stay. Thanks to Jeric and Alice.

Beautiful spot for a group, great location for winery tours. Host is really friendly and helpful!

Our host Pete went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect. We had a small intimate wedding at the house. The amenities, kitchen and abundant living areas were very well appointed, which made the whole experience seamless. The house was immaculate with beautiful bathrooms. We cannot thank Pete enough for his support and caring attention to us. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, we are planning our next family reunion at the house next year. What a fabulous place to stay. Enjoyed lovely evenings on the veranda with a glass of wine. Good walk to the nearest ferry terminal and thus easy access to a multitude of restaurants etc on the river. The swimming pool was a real bonus which was fully utilized by my granddaughters in particular while the older members of our party laid back and enjoyed the views over the river. Suki was an excellent host who was easily contactable and very helpful.
