It is a spacious home that served our needs well. Being in Clearwater was convenient for us, and made travel to the surrounding cities easier. The hosts were accommodating and responsive and it was a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was helpful to have such a large couch in the kitchen area. The cooking range was quite a plus, it was large and had the ability to be set to very specific heat levels and was very easy to clean and made cooking easier. There was a great variety of high quality spices in the spice cupboard, a well stocked pantry and tea/coffee setup, and a helpful selection of condiments in the refrigerator. The main walk-in shower was also very nice. Very fast internet that we never had any issues with. I would recommend this home to others as I feel it would likely meet most people’s needs.

We loved our long winter stay at this beautiful home! It is spacious and gracious! The large rooms with high ceilings give an expansive feel throughout. The peaceful, south-facing sunroom was filled with sunlight all day and is a delightful space to read, nap, chat or practice yoga. The furniture in the master bedroom is simply tremendous! We cooked most of our meals and appreciated the full kitchen and dining spaces. Rebecca and her spouse live nearby and are extremely responsive and accommodating. They are gracious hosts, and we enjoyed our conversations. They truly want you to enjoy your trip to the fullest. Staying at this home is a treat!

ive stayed at several air bnb rentals in my time, Thi has to be my favorite one so far. I loved the house. great location, cheap price for what your getting! rooms are large, nicely decorated, very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, owners would check on me from time to time to see if I needed anything. beds are very comfortable which made it hard for me to want to get up early, most days I slept in because it was so peaceful there. I can't wait to go back and stay there again. Owners are super friendly and very responsive. the house has alot of space and a great kitchen to cook in. the back patio area is awesome. highways and shopping are easy accessible with main streets not to far away. I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great; the beach, grocery stores, and several restaurants were about 5 minutes away. We booked this house for the backyard and it was our favorite part of the house. We spent most of our time outdoors lounging, eating meals, and enjoying the pool. While the pool is small, it was actually perfect for my toddlers. The house was very clean and the bed was decently comfortable. They also provided all the necessary amenities, provided all the beach essentials, and even had board games. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any reported issues immediately.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home in Florida! The location was great for us — We have two smaller kids so we spent much more time at the pool than the beach so we didn't need it to be walkable, it was just a short drive away, and there was easy parking near the public beach access. The house itself was nicely decorated. We especially loved the pool and hot tub.. We had an issue on the first day with the hot tub and the owners were also incredibly responsive and quick to communicate with us, making sure it was quickly fixed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the abundance of towels provided, which made our stay even more convenient. One of our pet peeves with renting houses is when the owners make you do a long list of chores before checking out. This house was the opposite, just a few simple requests, the check out was so easy which is such an added bonus! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida!

This was the perfect place for our girls trip! It looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need. The host was very responsive, the area was beautiful and close to the beach, and the house was amazing. I couldn’t imagine a better place!

Once again a great getaway to this beautiful home which my family and friends absolutely enjoy staying in every time we have a get together. Franddy is the absolute best host I’ve had the chance to deal with.

Dirk and Erika were extremely communicative. The place was exactly as advertised, and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome in their home. We loved the location, and the front porch of the bungalow unit was very peaceful to have coffee each morning. Great experience overall.

Grate host!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house over a long weekend for family events in town. Meryem is such a gracious, communicative, and accommodating host. The apartment felt like home right away. Coming from a cooler climate, we *loved* the central AC. We had the upstairs of this two-unit building. It's quiet, private, and clean. It has its own character, and lots of separate little spaces. Loved the private deck. The small second bedroom was great for the nights I wanted a really good pre-event sleep, even if my partner was snoring or getting up before I did! The big-bedroom bed is super comfy. At first, I thought the little 2nd bedroom bed was too firm for me, but two nights and one long nap of sound sleep told a different story--slept like a baby. It's a few-minute walk to the beach, and it was an easy Lyft ride to our events in St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg. And again, the loveliest host. If we're in the St. Pete area again, we'd definitely stay there again :)

First, the location was superb to our needs. Restaurants and shops minutes away while walking. As an avid cyclist, the bike trails miles of fun. Paula’s place fitted our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable and the other guests we met were friendly. We plan to be back soon!

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Christine's accommodation was a perfect spot for a nice quiet get away. centrally located in tampa, near to the airport but far enough away to have peace and quiet. comfortable setting, would come back again

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Beautiful! Better than the pictures. Everyone loved the home! I traveled with my parents (late 60s) and children (9 and 4). The home is so nice that if you have to stay behind, you still feel the vacation vibe. Hosts are great and responsive. Will return

Wow!! over from the UK and so happy we found this property. The property itself is fantastic, spacious, nicely presented and provides everything needed. Views were absolutely exceptional, so peaceful across the waterways on the lower balcony for morning coffee where we did see a dolphin one day and further across Clearwater from the roof terrace which was a lovely area to relax and chill out. Cam was an exceptional host keeping us fully informed and responding so quickly to all of my questions during our week. We preferred the beach during the day, which was lovely and such a short walk. The use of the towels and umbrella for our days there was appreciated. All in All this goes down as one of the best weeks we’ve had away.

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

We were in town for a Cheerleading competition and this house was perfect for what we needed! We had 5 different families and everyone was able to have their own space! The house had everything we need and was very clean! Pool was amazing and we loved watching the wildlife on the lake. We will definitely book again when we come back next year!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.

My family and I enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. The walking trail was an added bonus. It was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of hangout spaces. Joey was lightning ⚡️ fast responding to our needs!
