We had an incredible few days, the place was amazing. A really cosy cottage and my boys loved the sea life theme; especially the the shark in the shower 😆 Ashley gave us a really great information package and was very helpful when I asked about taxis/buses. He also sent us some maps of where the bus stops were in relation to where we were planning to walk. We will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed staying at the Boiling House in the picturesque village of Staithes. Our host David welcomed us and showed us around the property, which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have two dogs and it was great exploring the local area and beaches with them. I would definitely recommend the Boiling House. Thank you David.

Beautiful cottage everything you need for a few days away. A very nice welcome with milk in the fridge and cookies to have a cuppa when we arrived. Lovely living room Beautiful bedrooms and bedding and a lovely bathroom with a great shower and plenty of hot water. Would go back again .

Fantastic location, clean and great amenities and facilities inside. Meant able to relax and enjoy the immediate and surrounding coast line over the Easter period

The house was on a very quiet street which made for a good night of sleep. It was less than 10 mins to walk to the beach. Only a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes too. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very responsive. We booked very last minute and it all worked out well. Saltburn is a lovely place to visit. Great beach, lovely walks and plenty of places for a decent coffee too.

What a gorgeous quirky place. Fantastic location with beautiful scenery. A stone’s throw from the Cleveland way and the beach as well as the cod and lobster. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Salt and Surf to celebrate my mum's birthday in lovely Saltburn. The property is very clean and has all the amenities you could need, and sitting in the window seat watching the sea with the log burner roaring behind was bliss! Thank you for an incredible stay and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the caravan! The place was spotless and really well looked after. Lynn was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and happy to answer all our questions. It’s perfect for families as there were thoughtful extras like kids’ toys and child-friendly plates that made our stay even easier. We’d definitely come back again!

We had a great stay, in a clean, spacious, up to date caravan, was very quiet, as the caravan site isn't open till the middle of March. That was not a problem we made our own entertainment with the cards and games provided, I would stay there again and would recommend it to my family and friends. we have used Air BnB several times and have never had a bad encounter, Lisa kept me updated and was prompt in replying to messages I sent. Thank you from my family and myself.

We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

This Lodge is a real home from home, with perfect placement on this park with great sea views and access to the beautiful beach (albeit down some steep steps). The Lodge was very clean and tidy on arrival, easy to find on the site and in a lovely quiet corner. We had an added bonus of a couple of very thoughtful arrival gifts which were unexpected but gratefully received. David is an extremely responsive host to questions if you have any. This was a return visit for us as we loved it so much previously and we will be back again.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment. Well looked after- the place was spotless. And one of the few in the area that had a parking space (some clearer instructions to get to the back of the property may be helpful) but honestly we had the best stay. Comfiest beds I have ever stayed in, great amenities and location was so close to the centre of Whitby. Would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks for a great stay

We stayed at the Lodge for 4 weeks due to a delayed house completion. The location is amazing in every respect. The lodge is more spacious than the pictures suggest - walk in wardrobes amazing for our extended stay. Well equipped, very efficient heating and hot water Long local beach walks with the cafe (great ice cream), literally 15m away. We did not use the entertainment complex but it always looked busy Thoroughly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, tidy and felt like a home away from home. The host Anthony was friendly and communicative. He set the cot up for our baby ahead of our arrival and also left a nice bottle of wine in the fridge—greatly appreciated! The house is in close proximity to Saltburn and Whitby. Just got home after a 4 day break and the cottage was perfect! I’m a decorator by trade and work on property development every day and so of course everywhere i stay i can’t help but look through that lens and i have to say well done! The cottage has been very tastefully decorated throughout and designed really well too! i even took photos of the portholes that have been cut into the dividing wall between stairs lounge and kitchen because they really work to give a unified feel to the whole of the ground floor space which for a 2 up2 down it really did feel like one larger space i liked that effect , it really works right builder hat off we loved it and used it as a base to travel about from the town too was perfect with every amenity on the doorstep would highly recommend Thank you hosts Ian & Jon

A really beautiful home from home accommodation. Really well maintained and so close to the lovely beach. Thorough video instructions before arriving about every appliance. Welcoming message and the host checked if all was well on arrival. A reminder about booking out to keep the property safe. Well worth the visit and highly recommend Redcar beach caravan park .

Had 1 night and it was perfect for us and our dog. Nice private garden - ideal for our dog. The beach is a short walk away and has a cafe as well. Accommodation as described and we would stay again. Really ideal if you are going to the races or want a beach in walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at Staithes view and what a view it was! Dawn was most kind and helpful and the place was spotlessly clean and well maintained, it's lovely and quiet for a romantic getaway......we had no complaints, easy access to Easington, Staithes, Salt burn and Whitby by car, we will back in the spring/summer.....Thank you Dawn xx

Aurora’s property was lovely, in the beautiful village, Great Ayton. The cottage was cozy, well equipped and felt really homely. It also has a really cute garden. It’s in a great location with several country pubs, bars and cafes within a 5 minute walk, plus stunning country walks surrounding the area. Aurora was very good communicating and friendly. In fact it’s the second property of hers we have stayed at.
