Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

A great space, quiet & private under my home with carpark & private entrance.

Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Enjoy the ease of this mini hotel style accomodation. Frequent busses close by will connect you easily to where you need to go! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Central Hibiscus Coast. In the lounge there is a sofa bed for extra guests and complimentary tea and coffee to enjoy while you relax, either listening to the Tui birds sing in the garden or watching your favorite shows on the 42inch Tv.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

You may also get out to explore Millwater, Stanmore Bay, the Silverdale Village and activities of Orewa beach.

The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.
