I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

John's place was where we based family for our wedding at a local Vineyard. The place is located well in Somerset with access to many local vineyards. We went into Charlottesville for dinner one night, and if you have a car the distance isn't a problem. The place is super clean and the kitchen is great for making a meals with friends and family. Will be back for weekend getaway some time.

The place was very cozy, located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. It was equipped with all the essentials and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

John's greenhouse is the coolest little place tucked away on a beautiful hillside. It's a perfect getaway place for a couple to have a peaceful break from life. The location is away from people, yet minutes away from shopping, dining and wineries. John's property is great for dogs with plenty of room to get out and stretch their legs. We enjoyed it so much we booked another trip in the fall.

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! Everything was spotless and beds were perfect (not too hard and not too soft). Our family of six unanimously wants to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in DC, Aman and Krista!

My partner, two dogs and I had a wonderful stay here. First and foremost, the home was on a quiet, beautiful street, and the home itself was lovely and as described. Plenty of nooks and crannies to curl up with a book, do some work, or just ponder. It is a easily drivable to the metro and to plenty of things in and around Bethesda to do. Second, Kate was a great host. Very accommodating, incredibly nice, and always responsive. Two key points for travelers: 1. We are dog owners and travel frequently with our dogs. If you are too, we particularly recommend Kate as she was accommodating of our dogs (even let us know of the treat stash), which is very important. 2. Relatedly, if you are not a dog person, you should still stay here because there was absolutely no evidence that any dog had ever stayed there (not that we would mind, but we understand others may). No dog fur, not dog stains, no dog smell. The place was pristine. So don't let the positive review dogs, concern you. A+++

Beautiful big house with unique charm, in a beautiful area with the Chesapeake as the back drop. Great location for family to meet mid point from NJ, PA, and Virginia. The huge family table in the breezeway was a great place to gather for meals and games. The house worked for one of our family members with mobility issues with full bathrooms, and bedrooms on the 1st floor and no stairs to get in the back door. Went for over a 4 mile walk around the town one morning, beautiful landscapes, birds, boat docks, and a park. We enjoyed the fire pit, grilling food in winter, the dock on the property, hearing the church bells from a distance. Kyle is a great host! Would definitely return.

We had a really wonderful experience at Sean and Angelica's place. The house is very beautiful, peaceful, and has an amazing view. Sean and Angelica were super responsive, friendly, helpful and hospitable. We highly recommend this great place.

Well appointed and very clean. Nice layout and great views. Would like to have had access to a boat lift for our boat. Overall one of the best homes we have rented and you were very responsive. Hope to make a return trip in the spring.

Everything was excellent except check in. The email we received from Air Bnb said check in was 3pm but it was actually 4pm so we had to wait an hour and lost time at Busch Gardens. The actual house we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Would book again. Highly recommend

The home was amazing. More beautiful than the pictures could show. I love the corner lot effect. Not far from restaurants, grocery stores and local shopping. I would rent it again. I recommend it 100%

Beautiful spot and gracious host. This was exactly as described, had all the amenities we could want, and Frank was incredibly clear in instructions, responsive and organized. We spent a lovely week in a gorgeous, soothing location with our pup — fully refreshed after only 4.5 days!
