This is a fun and unique Airbnb option that's close to downtown. The location is great with Munich's top sites within walking distance. Sendlinger Tor is a convenient main transit that's just a few minutes away. The neighborhood includes a variety of good food options, and there is a grocery store also close by. The apartment is very quiet. Even when the Christmas market was going across the street, we did not hear anything from outside during the 5 nights of our stay. The space includes a basic kitchen, comfortable couch, and convenient entryway table and chair for putting coats and shoes. We were welcomed in person during check in, and the process was very easy. Last but not least, we enjoyed having a window into an artist's working gallery space. I'm glad we could support this interesting little corner of the world. Overall, this is a memorable option for your visit to Munich!

Wir bedanken uns noch einmal sehr herzlich bei Verena ❤️ Es war alles tipptopp, sie war sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich kann jeder/m nur wärmstens empfehlen, bei einem Besuch in München, diese Unterkunft zu wählen. Es gab so unglaublich viele zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung, von Duschzeug, bis Snacks oder sogar kleine Taschentücher, das habe ich bei noch einem anderen Airbnb gesehen. So wünsche ich mir jeden Airbnb Gastgeber. 🫶 Vielen lieben Dank Verena, wir werden in Zukunft wieder bei dir buchen!

This place was amazing! Lee was very communicative and accommodating. Great space, all of the amenities we needed, and toddler friendly. It was close to multiple local transportation options and walkable to neighborhood offerings. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Matthias ist ein sehr netter und guter Gastgeber gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr toll eingerichtet und gemütlich gewesen und bietet alles was man benötigt. Lage war ausgezeichnet, vom Bahnhof läuft man etwa 15-20 Minuten. Sollten wir wieder nach Rosenheim fahren würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder versuchen dort einzuchecken.

Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto quello necessario al centro di Monaco, comodo per spostarsi a piedi. Prezzo riflette il costo della settimana di fiera ma comunque conveniente rispetto ad altre sistemazioni.

Maria was a kind and communicative host and gifted us some nice snacks upon our arrival. The apartment was very spacious with private rooms and two bathrooms. We appreciated access to the washer and a fairly easy walk to Munich Central Station. There was construction on our street and some noisy neighbors at night, but the noise improved after we closed the windows. It was a great place for the price!

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone nell’ appartamento di David. Camera doppia e divano letto. Cucina ben rifornita, lavastoviglie, forno microonde. Bagno pulito e funzionale. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso silenzioso, in un quartiere ben curato. Fermata Metro e Autobus comodi e anche vicino a Centro Commerciale Olympische Einkaufzentrum. Noi avevamo nostra macchina e abbiamo trovato parcheggio gratuito vicino all’appartamento.

Ich habe das gemütliche Apartment für einen dreiwöchigen beruflichen Aufenthalt genutzt und war sehr zufrieden! Die Ausstattung enthielt alles was man brauchte. Wenn ich mal was benötigte (z. B. waschen wollte) wurde mir umgehend weitergeholfen. Auch in der kleinen Küche lies sich problemlos kochen. Die Lage ist optimal - Supermarkt, Tankstelle und Restaurants in der Nähe, die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad, dem Bus oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Besonders gut hat mir die kleine Terrasse vor der Wohnung gefallen, auf der man an sonnigen Stunden Kaffeetrinken & Buch lesen kann :)

Wir waren sehr happy und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Jomo war immer zu erreichen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Krailling sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort außerhalb Münchens und sehr gut angebunden, sodass man sehr schnell in Zentrum von München sein kann. Das Haus ist wunderbar und man hat alles was man braucht. Harold, Gabriele und Lorenz waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell unsere Nachrichten und Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Ich kann auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Harold und Gabriele sehr empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Tiere auf dem Hof waren ein absolutes Highlight 😍

Ich war rundum zufrieden. Daniela hat mir alle Möglichkeiten gegeben, mir meine Vorstellungen und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Vom Kuchen backen zum Geburtstag, über ausgeliehenes Geschirr fürs Picknick, mit hübschen Servierten . Daniela ist eine sehr kreative, sorgsame und engagierte Gastgeberin, mit einem ganz großen Herzen für Tiere. Den morgendlichen Schnack beim Espresso über Ausflugsziele in München/ Museum und Umgebung werde ich sehr vermissen. Top Gastgeberin. Super Lage. Komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für meinen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Jessicas Haus. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, hat großzügige Räume und eine tolle Lage. Wir wären am liebsten noch ein paar Tage geblieben! Jessica und ihr Familie waren fantastische Gastgeber, immer freundlich und schnell in der Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Thank you so much for a really lovely stay! From the very warm welcome and helpful tour and instructions at check in to the tips of local recommendations. Oh and the beautiful view which took our breath away every day. The gentle jingling of cow bells was so relaxing too. You have a really beautiful and homely home, which enabled such a relaxing stay! The sauna was such a welcome touch for my eldest daughter and I. Your home was spotlessly clean and everything we could want for to cater for ourselves was there. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts for such a magical stay! We will definitely be back!

George est super accueillant et accommodant 🤗 il laisse la liberté de se joindre à lui autours d’un bon repas cuisiné par ses soins ou bien de garder son espace personnel. Prix plus qu’acceptable pour l’endroit à Munich, facile d’accès en bus et en métro. Je recommande chaleureusement!

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Benedikt è stato un host fantastico. Ci ha seguiti fin dall’inizio ed è stato sempre pronto e disponibile. L’appartamento è molto bello, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con una bimba di due anni. Gli spazi erano ampi, la zona tranquilla e non lontana da Monaco. La mobilia un po' datata ma aveva tutto il necessario. Gli host sono una coppia simpatica, tranquilla e disponibile. C'è anche un simpatico cagnolone. Lo consigliamo come base per visitare i dintorni di Monaco e Baviera.

Ich habe 3 Nächte in Brigittes Unterkunft verbracht und meine Zeit sehr genossen. Das Zimmer und Bett sind gemütlich, das Bad modern und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Von dem fußläufig erreichbaren Bahnhof kommt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten an den Schliersee und von dort geht ein Bus an den Spitzingsee. Auch München und der Tegernsee ist innerhalb von 1 bzw. 1,5 Stunden erreichbar, also viele Optionen für aktive und kulturelle Angebote verfügbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele zu Fuß erreichbar, ansonsten bereitet Brigitte gegen einen Aufpreis leckeres Frühstück zu. Es war auch ein nettes Miteinander in der Küche und einen Abend haben wir zusammen Brettspiele gespielt. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Brigitte nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.
