The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

If you're looking to spend the weekend or even a week at our little oasis around Buffalo Springs Lake - then we have your space! Fishing, swimming, boating and all sorts of water activities. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. The lake marina offers water toy rentals and golfcart rentals. Gate fees do apply. See buffalospringslake.net for current gate fees.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
