I had a great stay at Beir's property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place is close to the India Expo exhibition centre. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. A special mention to the caretaker, Sabal Singh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us with some delicious breakfast as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely stay here again!

Tarun is an exceptional host who ensured our arrival was seamless by providing clear communication and a warm welcome. From the moment we stepped in, we felt at home. The house is beautifully maintained and spacious, with three comfortable rooms, a hallway with dining , two bathrooms, seprate washroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could need. Additional touches like high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a running geyser for hot water, cozy blankets, fine linen, and parking area make this place a great deal for families or larger groups. Tarun went above and beyond during our stay. He not only suggested fantastic places to visit but also helped us refine our itinerary, saving us valuable time. To top it off, he treated us to delicious poha and tea the next morning, adding a personal touch that truly made this place feel like home. We are humbled by Tarun’s hospitality and couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Udaipur. It’s an experience

We hebben een week doorgebracht in de kamer op de eerste verdieping. Het was een sfeervol verblijf. En alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De keuken was goed uitgerust met servies , pannen ed. We zaten er in de koudste maand, maar konden een kacheltje gebruiken. Vaibhav en zijn vrouw stonden altijd klaar, zelfs om mijn zieke man de trap op te helpen. Het was s' nachts heerlijk rustig. In de buurt genoeg winkels en een park met fitnessaparatuur voor de deur.

The warm and personal welcome from the host(Mr Faizan) immediately made me feel like an extended member of their family. The accommodation itself was a haven of tranquility. We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. The fridge had milk, eggs, and bread, which was a thoughtful touch, and the kitchen had coffee, tea, and sugar. The terrace sitting area was perfect for breakfast. The location is unbeatable—Jagdish Temple is just a two-minute walk away. Helena and her staff were friendly and responsive. We originally booked for three days but loved it so much that we extended for two more. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing time her. Great location, points for having such a cute balcony and look out. the apartment was clean, cute and chic. There was always someone avatto answer questions or get something if needed. location was amazing too. so warm and cozy.

Starting with the pictures, it was exactly what was advertised and found the place worth every penny. The host messaged exact details before check in and also helped with check-in at reception by sending in one of their team members to help. The rooms were comfy, great aesthetics, clean bathroom with the perfect view from the the 41st floor😍 overall a seamless experience from check-in till checkout.
