Friendly neighbors are helpful and knowledgeable about the area or you can go online to find restaurants and events. There are many outdoor activities in Lamar and Rockport ie., fishing, bird watching, going to the beach,shopping, etc. Local festivities include Sea Fair, Oyster Fest, Market Days, Lamardi Gras and more. Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. WiFi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!
