Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Great to stay again at Matt's place. Lovely and welcoming, cozy and comfortable, beautiful decor, comfy beds, everything you need. This was our second stay in 2 years and we loved it. We will certainly stay again.

Absolutely amazing location amongst rolling farmland. Beautiful, private beach within walking distance, no light pollution equaling breathtaking stars and for the nerds out there - Weathertop from Lord of the Rings is nearby! The house has everything you’d need, including one super soft bed and one super firm bed, satisfying both kinds of picky sleepers. The hosts were very friendly and responsive while also allowing us privacy - if you’re looking for peace and solitude, this property is it! There is zero cell phone coverage in this area but the WiFi worked perfect. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 3 children it was spacious and clean with lots of space for the kids to play outside. They particularly loved the outside cubby house and space to ride their scooters. The house is a handy location and close to shops and restaurants. The host was easily contactable and we were able to easily extend our stay for an extra night with no hassles. Perfect house for families.

Lovely clean house with spacious living areas and a large deck. Great views of estuary. Walking trails close by, and walkable to town. Very enjoyable stay.

This was my second stay at Matt’s place and just as before, the perfect place to stay in Hamilton. The house is so cosy, clean and comfortable. Lovely decor and so spacious. I will miss listening to the birdsong with a coffee in the morning. Matt is a fantastic host who is warm, friendly and responsive. I will absolutely hope to book again when I return to NZ. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful and safe. The host provided snacks for the kids and there is a lot to do. Would recommend this to all even just for a short break.

Had a fabulous stay at Inger’s!! Our kids loved the indoor pool table, dart board and basketball hoop - plus the pool and hot tub, they didn’t want to leave! Nice private and secure location, beautiful surroundings and had all the items we needed for a great break!

Just want to thank Rachael for opening up her home to accommodate my husband and his brothers. The home was lovely and they really enjoyed their time there. Rachael was awesome to communicate with. Highly recommend Rachael's home and if we get the chance we gladly book through her again. Over all an amazing experience.

Our big family had a great stay at Nathan’s place over the Easter weekend. There was lots to do including a hot tub, pool, dartboard, tennis court and games. Best yet, it is also home to lots of sheep and some chickens! During our stay we were able to enter the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs in the morning! Very lovely home and 100% would go back again.

We had an idyllic home away from home experience. Friendly owners, respectful of guests and quick to assist if required. The property was the perfect getaway, the gardens so beautiful, outdoor area to sit and watch rabbits and quail dashing around the grounds. Hope to stay again. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for the stay. Great property for a big group. Our group wasn't so but enjoyed the stay nonetheless. Our staff onsite enjoyed there time there, only wishing that it wasn't for a work trip so the many luxuries on offer could have been enjoyed more. Great spot, quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the township. Was a nice touch to arrive to a nice fire burning after a busy day. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for something with a nice comfortable homely feel, in or around Cambridge.

I needed a place that was peaceful and would allow me to recover and this beautiful cottage provided me with that and more. With a beautiful view from every window and the only sounds being the bird song and the breeze in the trees, it was a perfect place for me to re-energise and refuel. I highly recommend this cottage and the care of the hosts. There was also a much appreciated bag of fresh fejoas and apples - truly spoilt!

A wonderful spacious house. We enjoyed the tui and fantails in the trees. Best for adult families such as ours maybe. The deck was great in the hot weather in Hamilton over the Christmas period. 10 minutes from the airport and very close to a supermarket. Tom was great at communication with us. Check in was straight forward.

Great place to stay at Whale Bay. It is well set up and comfortable. Tom, the host, helpfully let us add an extra person last minute. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us. Would recommend.

Cozy, super clean and neat cottage with full kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of lovely details (e.g. fresh flowers and a range of fresh and super delicious artisanal products upon our arrival!!). Emma is a very friendly and super helpful and a good communicator. We had a comfortable 4 nights at Steve’s place. Enjoyed the lake views and garden, kitchen was well equipped and ease of access to the lake.
