This two bedroom cottage has all amenities and is located on a quiet street 30 minutes from Athens Airport and a 500 metre walk from the beach with crystal clear waters. The property has organically grown citrus trees you can pick fresh fruit from when in season and an herb garden. Beach down the street is very clean and lined with restaurants and snack bars. You can grab a towel and go lay in the sun or rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to restaurants and shops in Nea Makri.

The house is a 15 minute-drive from the airport, 10 minute-drive from the port of Rafina (where you can take a ship to visit our wonderful islands) and a 15 minute-drive from the nearest underground station. It is situated in a very quiet area, in the countryside, with a large garden where you can enjoy a beautiful view to the sea. We offer pick up&drop off to the airport at an extra cost. We will be happy to welcome you and try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
