O apartamento é amplo e bem limpo, e está de acordo com a descrição do anúncio. O check-in é tranquilo, e é bem fácil estacionar na rua (há muitas vagas públicas no entorno do apartamento. A Catarina nos atendeu bem, respondendo rapidamente quando a contactamos.

Joao David's place was perfect for a night in Figueira da Foz area. I came through hoping to surf the famous right point (which you can see right from the apartment deck) on my way back north to Porto (after a couple months in the Algarve), but alas the conditions were quite rough and didn't line up for good surf. Nevertheless, I had a cozy stay in the stormy weather at Joao David's. The kitchen is super well equipped and though I only stayed one night, I prepared a couple great meals to take with me on the road. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved that you could see the ocean and check the surf conditions from the apartment. Please note the apartment is on the 4th floor (so 5 floors up) and you need to carry your bags up there (no elevator). Would definitely stay again!

Nous n’avons que des bons mots. Le logement, situé au 3ème étage, offre une vue très intéressante sur le quartier de la plage et sur le Sitio. L’excellente fenestration du salon et de la chambre permet d’en profiter pleinement. La décoration est de très bon goût et provient entièrement des boutiques locales. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et le marché municipal est à 2 minutes à pied. Il faut savoir que le stationnement peut être compliqué à Nazaré, surtout les jours fériés lorsque les locaux viennent à la plage. Lors de notre séjour de 7 jours fin avril, nous avons pu trouver un stationnement gratuit chaque jour dans la rue de Albuquerque à environ 5 min de marche. La position centrale de l’appartement pour profiter à pied de tout ce que Nazaré peut offrir compense amplement pour ce petit désagrément.

The location was perfection! Right in the middle of everything, great view of the beach with a balcony! Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. To add to the accommodation the parking spot was a major plus!

Mi estancia fue realmente agradable. La casa es muy acogedora y su ubicación, a un paso de la playa, es un verdadero tesoro. Dormir con el sonido del mar de fondo es uno de esos pequeños placeres que no tienen precio. El piso está reformado con un estilo moderno y cálido, además de estar impecablemente limpio y bien organizado. Adelaide estuvo atenta en todo momento, lo que me hizo sentir acompañada durante toda la estancia. También me recomendó varios restaurantes, algo que siempre se agradece, incluso conociendo ya la zona. Sin duda, pienso repetir.

We can’t say enough about this property. It just might be our favourite Airbnb ever and certainly was the best we stayed in through our month in Portugal. The apartment is super clean, bright, spacious, well appointed and the views are amazing. The linens were very clean and there was a second set of towels (a bonus!) for us to use, plus more than one kitchen towel (a first for our travels in Portugal). The kitchen is very well stocked (but not cluttered!) for preparing simple or more complicated meals. The location is AMAZING! Just a block from the beach and a wonderfully easy walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and activities. But, in the evening, we could sit on the balcony, watch the sun set and it was very peaceful and quiet. If we are back in the area again, which we hope to be, I’d be very disappointed not to stay in this unit.

Super apparemment, hyper bien situé avec une vue incroyable! Le logement est parfait pour 4, très spacieux, confortable et propre ! Merci, mes filles et moi avons passé une semaine très agréable….

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

Bruno’s place is located on a tiny, narrow street in Nazaré. It’s a sweet, homey spot with two rooms and two comfortable double beds, making it very convenient. The place was a bit cold, but it has heaters and plenty of blankets to keep cozy 😜. Thank you for all the thoughtful amenities—it made us feel really welcomed. We had a great stay and would definitely stay longer next time.

Muy buena la estancia en el apartamento. Limpio, ordenado y bien equipado. Bien situado a menos de 10 min andando del paseo marítimo y muy bien comunicado. Flavio muy simpático y siempre pendiente de ayudar en cualquier aspecto. Sitio para volver, sin duda. Como cosas "menos positivas", decir que el parking si que es verdad que no estaba lejos (como a 5 min andando) pero no está junto al apartamento, aunque Flavio da la opción de dejar el coche en la puerta por períodos cortos de tiempo para carga y descarga, etc. En nuestro caso no fue importante, pero para personas que vayan a pasar mucho tiempo en el apartamento decir que el sofá no es especialmente cómodo, que la TV no se veía demasiado bien (con interferencias) y el funcionamiento del mando a distancia no era el mejor (a pesar de que Flavio muy amablemente nos cambió las pilas). En todo caso, para nosotros fueron aspectos no muy importantes.

Compact, gezellig en schoon appartementje met twee verdiepingen, uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor een comfortabele vakantie. Het huis ligt in een authentieke, smalle en rustige straat, op één minuut lopen van het strand, de boulevard en restaurants. We werden verliefd op Nazaré op het eerste gezicht! 😍

So richtig herrlich wurde es, als es aufhörte zu regnen und wir auf der gemütlichen kleinen Terrasse frühstücken und im Schatten auf den Liegen stundenlang lesen konnten. Toller Blick auf den Stausee! Vielen Dank, Francisco! Auch für das Vitamin in Form von frischen Orangen und die bereitgestellte Saftpresse!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison pleine de charme. Elle est très bien équipée, propre et parfaitement entretenue. Un cadre agréable et tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement !

The views were amazing!! An absolute dream to be able to wake up and walk outside to see the ocean and be surrounded by nature. David's place was clean which is a top mark in my book as we have small children that love to crawl and pick things up off the floor. I also appreciated the handy mop, vacuum, & broom that made it easy to clean up after ourselves, I have stayed at other air bnbs where clean up items were barely provided. The house manager was always responsive and David allowed us to check in early which was so helpful for our small kids. I hope to stay here again soon!

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

J’ai séjourne 10 jours en février 2025. Logement digne d’un 5 étoiles , si vous avez une voiture l’emplacement est idéale, à pied ça se fait mais le déniveler pour revenir va finir par vous décourager après quelques fois , les épiceries sont à 2 min de voiture . Que dire de la vue , elle est magnifique le mobilier extérieur est de haute qualité et confortable idéale pour admirer la vue . La piscine commune est propre mais pas chauffer . Mon seul point négatif je te dirais les matelas , plus ou moins confortable considérant la qualité du reste du mobilier, Sinon tout était parfait l’hôte est d’une grande aide . J’y retournerais sans hésité .

Carlos est vraiment une hôte au top! Disponible, réactif, de bon conseils Que dire sur le logement qui est superbe avec une vue à couper le souffle. On y retrouve tout ce dont l’on a besoin ! Super confortable calme, belle terrasse pour contempler le coucher de soleil. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr lors de notre prochain passage à Nazare ! Merci pour tout !

Hemos pasado una fantástica semana en el apartamento. Es un piso cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado con unas vistas estupendas. Cosas a mejorar: una cama de matrimonio mayor.

So happy with this stay! At the quieter end of town, but still easy walking distance to everything in lower part of city. We had a rental car and would drive up to Sitio and to the point to see Praia de Norte. Easy parking on the street beside the building, and also secure parking in garage. Great view of Nazare beach right from the terrace— i loved sipping my coffee and watching the people on the boardwalk and listening to the waves crashing on the shore each morning. Sunsets were spectacular! Very secure, private and clean, and we had everything we needed.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Es gab unter anderem gesammelte Informationen zu allem, was man an Fragen hätte haben können. Sehr aufmerksam und proaktiv. Ana ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

This apartment is simply a gem! Comfortable, modern, cosy - supplied with everything you might need even for a long stay. One of the advantages for me was heating option, as during time of my stay it wasn't warm outside. The location is perfect - quiet beautiful neighbourhood + nice views. Supermarkets are in walkable distance. Also you can hear the sound of waves during night, even with closed windows. And waking up to a view of the ocean from your window - it's something I could trade my soul for 😅 I definitely want to come back again and stay longer next time. Also very fast and pleasant communication with the hosts - I appreciate that. Overall, book this place with no hesitation, I'm 100% sure you'll enjoy your stay.
