We have stayed with Julia several times now. The apartment and studio are consistently clean, comfortable, quiet and private. So easy to come and go. If you are staying in North Salem, this is an excellent choice.

Joseph was very responsive when we had some special requests, he made us feel right at home! Location was super close and walkable to all our event locations. Would rent again.

Responsiveness was top notch…as if he were near by, ready to help whenever needed.

I had an amazing stay at Jeff’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Jeff was incredibly accommodating — he kindly allowed me to extend my checkout time to 1 PM, which made my departure so much more relaxed. He even provided an umbrella when he saw rain was in the forecast, a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I had no trouble cooking meals during my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

Maddy was really welcoming, kind, and responsive. The location is excellent for any activity in Beacon or the surrounding areas. There was tons of space and it had the feeling of being very private. I would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay at Samara's apartment/cottage over Christmas. The location was perfect since we were visiting with family in Cold Spring, and it was wonderful to have a quiet and beautiful spot as home base. We're grateful to have hosts with pet-friendly accommodations, being able to bring our 2 dogs makes travel possible, and this location was perfect for them. The space was clean, quiet and we felt very at home there. It's a thrill to walk into a location and smell nothing - as in, not musty, not smelling like strong cleaning products - just neutral, fresh air. The bed was so cozy and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Samara was very responsive to a few questions I had before we made our reservation, and was easy to text with when we were staying there. We look forward to our next visit!

Dan’s place was so awesome to be in. It felt like we were it such a cozy home. He wrote great instructions for us to find the place and get in. He really did a great job making sure he was available for any questions that we had. The space was very clean and filled with all the necessities we needed! So even if we ran out of something he had extra. He has a Murphy bed that was so cool to see and the space was set up to utilize the small size. Everything in there was intentional. The spot was close to Main St where all the cool shops were at. We took the bus to get to the spot and cabs to get around throughout our weekend. I would definitely come back to beacon and we appreciate that we were able to stay there!

Host was very accommodating to a change in plans. Close walk to the Main Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and bakery. Adjacent location to USMA. I will absolutely stay again.

Loved the place! We only came for 2 days so , we chilled at home for 1 day to play board games by ourselves. It was pretty spacious and we enjoyed our stay .

Having a current child / Cadet at West Point and also another child / graduate of West Point , we always make it a point to stay at different Airbnbs in small towns around the USMA on both sides of the Hudson River . Melanie ‘s place was wonderful. Plenty of rooms/ beds for our Parent Weekend visit. Peaceful and safe location , yet a short 20 minute drive to the Academy . We felt right at home and look forward to staying at Melanie’s place again . The house was very clean and we had no issues at all !! Thank you

I am very excited because of I found this wonderful , cozy and comfortable house! The view from here was amazing 😻 this home is very close from NY city, you need about one hour to get there. 15 minutes away from shopping center. Angie is the great host! Thank you! Great place to stay for an Army game weekend. Very convenient to Post and West Point decor made it fun and interesting. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Robert is very responsive and friendly.

We loved staying at Bengisu’s home for the holidays. It’s even cozier and more welcoming than can be seen in photos, and the location is great - just a few minutes walk into town to enjoy everything Beacon has to offer. Bengisu was communicative and helpful leading up to the trip, and her home was the perfect place for us to spend a few days relaxing and exploring. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

We enjoyed a beautiful early spring stay on the farm with a group of 7 ladies, gathering for a chill bachelorette weekend in Cold Springs. The farmhouse was super cozy; great for cooking, crafting, games, tea time, outdoor wine picnics, star gazing at night in the hot tub and making friends with the chickens! A great retreat spot for groups with all the amenities!

There were 5 of us, with another 6 staying in another nearby air bnb. We had Thanksgiving in our house and found everything we needed to cook. Seating was a bit challenging, but we made it work and it was very comfortable. The location is in the woods with lots of boulders and rocks, which we all loved. We found the place easily using GPS. Everyone’s bed was comfy. Close enough to what we wanted, just far enough away to make it an adventure. Because it was so cold and grey, we didn’t hike, but saw plenty of opportunities (maybe next time?!)
