Dista 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal luogo di partenza dei traghetti per le escursioni alle Isole Borromee. Consigliato per coppie o coppie con figli.

Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, flexibel und antworten sehr schnell. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen und ist sehr gut organisiert.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, l’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, de plus il est fonctionnel . La localisation permet une découverte des environs et du magnifique Lac Majeur ! Elisabetta est une hôte très réactive et de bon conseil. Belle découverte !

Orta ist in jedem Fall eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral am Hauptplatz und ist geschmackvoll und grosszügig eingerichtet. Wir haben eine Woche mit Hitzewelle erwischt, die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, lässt sich jedoch sehr gut querlüften in der Nacht, so war es ganz OK. Der Ausblick auf die Isola de Giuglio ist zu jeder Zeit einfach nur zauberhaft. Rundherum hat es viele Lokale, das Schlafzimmer geht hinten heraus, wir haben gut geschlafen. Super war der Parkplatz im Parkhaus, auch wenn der Weg mit dem Gepäck über das Kopfsteinpflaster etwas streng ist. Wir können die Wohnung bestens empfehlen.

Romina è stata gentilissima e calorosa nell'accoglienza, con una disponibilità estrema per venire incontro alle nostre necessità (avendo con noi anche un bambino di un anno c'erano alcune esigenze in più rispetto a un soggiorno senza bimbi). L'alloggio pulitissimo, accogliente e luminoso corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione ed è stato un piacere soggiornarvi. Sia il check-in che il check-out sono stati facili e ben gestiti da Romina. Consigliamo vivamente Romina come host e la casa come punto di riferimento ottimale per la zona, è stata un'esperienza super piacevole e rilassante, anche per il piccolo di un anno!

Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre, calme, facile d'accès. Il y a de la place dans la rue pour se garer devant le bâtiment. les prises électriques murales ne sont pas les mêmes quen france. Il nest pas possible de brancher une rallonge sans un adaptateur. Les trous des prises sont plus petits. Pour les chargeurs de téléphone il ny a pas de problème. Nous recommandons cette location.

The only thing that left us thinking there could be a better solution was the doors of the shower… we couldn’t think everyone can fit between them.

Marzia est une hôte aussi exceptionnelle que le logement qu' elle propose. Nous y avons passé quelques jours bien agréables malgré l alerte rouge pluie inondation. Être bloqués pendant deux jours chez Marzia a été une chance : cela a adouci les circonstances. Même sous la pluie, le Piémont est un coin d'Italie qui mérite d'être découvert et Marzia est une hôte qui gagne à être rencontrée. Merci Marzia.

Die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber waren einfach fantastisch. Es ist wirklich ein Traum so eine tolle, private Unterkunft zu haben, die gleichzeitig so zentral ist. Der private Park ist herrlich! Man muss Vincenzo und seiner Familie dankbar sein, dass es diese Möglichkeit gibt! Ich kann diesen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We easily felt at home while spending a week here. It had everything we needed to cook (kitchen 10/10), work remotely (internet stability 8.5/10), and hole up reading and painting on rainy days. The library and art easel offers inspiration. The space offers a cute, cozy apartment, tall and narrow, perched on a hill with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore from every room. Great shower, and incredibly comfortable primary bed. Really nice to have both a washer and dryer too. The location is a 20 minute walk to the town of Lesa through a quiet, charming neighborhood. There are several hikes you can walk to from the house including a beautiful waterfall. The only tricky part of getting here is driving through the very narrow neighborhood streets and navigating the tiny parking spaces but there are two free parking areas a 2-5minute walk from the house. Sarvie and Jasper were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Responsive to our questions and offered great local recommendations. Lovely!

Logement très calme et spacieux, dans un bel environnement on l'on peut avoir la chance d observer quelques chamois. La véranda qui relie les 2 maisons est très appréciable et le gril extérieur est très pratique par beau temps. A noté que le logement est habité par le propriétaire quand il n'est pas loué. Des affaires personnelles sont donc présentes, mais cela ce ne nous a pas déranger. Francesco est très réactif pour répondre aux questions et fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable.

Sia l'host che il co-host sono stati più che gentili. Si sono persino offerti di venirci in soccorso in un momento di difficoltà. Senza contare la cortesia e la disponibilità su ogni cosa, dalla colazione a ogni altro tipo di indicazione. L'alloggio era pulito, curato e fornito di tutto (comprese due lavatrici). Si nota subito che è stato ristrutturato da pochissimo con mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovissimi. Zona estremamente tranquilla e bucolica.

Lara’s home is a cozy gem in a beautiful setting. She made sure it was well prepared including having the heat on in advance and all amenities ready for use. All things were there to make it comfortable including a great kitchen set up for cooking, quality dishes, etc. She was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Farida's was very nice. The house is a beautiful property and everything was as discribed. We had a lot of space and 3 bathrooms which was great for a family. The village is quite, but very cute and the neighbours were very supporting and nice pepole. Arona, the next bigger community is close and offers a lot of restaurants down by the lake. There was always a car space in front of Farida's house, which was very confortable. Should we travel to this region of Italy again, we will for sure stay at Farida's home. We wish her all the best & thanks her for offering her house to us. Best, Delia & Andy

Die Wohnung ist klein und fein und hat alles was man braucht. Stylisch und sorgfältig eingerichtet mit schönen Möbeln die auch praktischerweise alles erfüllen was man braucht. Die Küche ist tiptop ausgestattet, nicht nur mit Pfannen und Besteck ect. sondern auch mit Öl, Essig, Salz, Waschmittel, Schwam usw. Man kann wirklich kochen ohne erst eine Haushaltseinrichtung kaufen zu müssen. Das Bad ist ebenfalls wunderschön und voll ausgestattet, mit Duschtücher und Handtücher, Fön. Die Wohnung war auch in blitzsauberem Zustand, nicht nur Oberflächen sondern auch das Geschirr. Juliane war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf anfragen reagiert. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen.

Il soggiorno a casa di Matteo è stato davvero positivo e appagante; a partire dal check in molto easy, amichevole, 4 chiacchiere con lui e Francesca. La casa è nuova, in un palazzo nuovo, contesto molto tranquillo e rilassante. Casa molto pulita, ordinata, il secondo piano è da sogno😊. Super consigliata!

Tutto conforme a quanto dichiarato. Proprietaria Cinzia super disponibile e gentilissima. Casa arredata moderna e con gusto. Sicuramente molto consigliata per chi vuole passare una vacanza sui laghi.

Marco was a fantastic host and helped us get into the apartment at very short notice. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Would definitely come back!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cetty. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et offre une très belle vue sur les îles Borromées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Super séjour dans le logement de Pia. L'appartement est très agréable et bien situé pour visiter le lac d'Orta et le lac Majeur. Le premier supermarché se trouve à à peine 10 mn en voiture (place de parking privé pour la voiture, ce qui est un atout). Le logement était très propre et la literie très bonne. La terrasse est grande et appréciable. La communication avec Pia était parfaite. Très bonne adresse.

L’appartamento è anche un po’ più grande di quanto sembrasse in foto, molto ben tenuto e pulito, è ben fornito e tutto è nuovo o quasi. Giuseppe e Fedelma sono stati due Host fantastici, disponibili e cordiali, super reattivi nel rispondere e nell’aiutarci in caso di difficoltà, si sono anche spesi per fare in modo che potessi lavorare in Smart Working sin dal giorno dell’arrivo, prima del check-in (ad esempio ci hanno prestato una ciabatta elettrica per poter lavorare anche dal giardino, che con il sole è stato molto piacevole). Confermo quanto dice l’annuncio: Internet ha sostenuto senza problemi le necessità lavorative. La zona è tranquilla, unica “pecca” è che il pavimento in pietra (che a me piace molto) e le pareti spesse fanno sì che ci ci voglia un po’ per scaldare la casa, consiglio ciabatte e se non è estate magari una felpa leggera da tenere in casa Nel complesso un’esperienza molto bella, anche la posizione è molto comoda per fare un giro a piedi (es: a Villa Taranto)
