The apartment is fantastic. Livigno is a pearl and this apartment has made our stay memorable. We will go back! Modern furnitures with a warm, luxurious and cozy chalet-like character. Located in a quiet area, a few meters from the bus stop (bus rides are free of charge) and a few minutes walk from the closest slopes. At the end of the ski day you can go back home ski-on if you like (just a few meters away walking). Wifi is powerful and stable. The ski gear storage in the basement is very convenient and the sauna area is great (it’s shared with the other apartments but you can book your private time there). Marco is very friendly, always available and super responsive.

Location perfetta per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità. Fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile in auto (5’) o a piedi (15’). Funivia Bormio 2000 raggiungibile con ski bus, fermata però a 8-10’ a piedi. In casa, spazi adeguati, ottimo per 4 persone. Cucina attrezzata. Host disponibili, gentili, sempre presenti per ogni necessità. Fortemente consigliato

Elena’s apartment is really spacious and comfortable for 4 people, with 2 bathrooms and a great big lounge/dining area/ kitchen. It is situated at the northern end of the town in a quieter area, but with a ski bus stop right outside the door and ski storage, so you have everything you need for a great holiday. Great communication from Elena and a real pleasure to stay there.

Lovely loft apartment with all the essentials you could need in a quiet location. Wonderful, friendly host, welcomed and showed and explained everything.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had the best time. Mery was incredibly helpful and so friendly throughout our entire stay and was always available when we had questions :) The place is stunning, the spa is incredible and the breakfast delivered to the room is awesome. L’appartamento proposto da Monica è splendido, meglio che in foto. Caldo e accogliente è bello, arredato con gusto, pulito in modo impeccabile. Monica è gentile, premurosa e disponibile, fa sentire accolti grazie al suo sorriso e a una grande e ottima colazione. Ci si sente davvero a casa. Isolaccia è splendida, piccola ma con ogni tipo di servizio, dai mini market, ai ristoranti agli impianti di risalita. In primavera e in estate c’è poi la splendida ciclabile che consente di raggiungere ogni punto della valle in grande tranquillità accompagnati dal rumore del fiume. Una splendida esperienza che, venendo spesso in zona, ripeteremo di sicuro!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, alles noch ganz neu, toll eingerichtet und vor allem haben wir aktiv die vorhandene finnische Sauna benutzt. Wenn man Ruhe sorgt und weg vom Trubel, ist hier genau richtig und die Natur ist wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia ist sehr gut und war immer erreichbar. Molto grazie!

An Absolute Gem – A Perfect Stay! We had the most incredible experience staying at Alina's place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was impeccably clean, and exactly as the photos, we instantly felt right at home. The scenery was incredible, and the view of Lake Como is unmatched. The outdoor space was amazing—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation. Alina was brilliant, extremely helpful (and even helped me arrange my engagement proposal)! She continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always quick to respond to any questions and offering great local recommendations. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and hospitality, look no further.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa splendida location. La casa è immersa nella quiete, perfettamente mantenuta e arredata con gusto, offrendo un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Ogni dettaglio è curato per garantire il massimo comfort agli ospiti. La posizione è semplicemente straordinaria: una vista mozzafiato sul Lago di Como che lascia senza parole, soprattutto al tramonto, quando il sole si nasconde dietro le montagne creando un gioco di luci spettacolare. È il luogo ideale per chi cerca un angolo di pace lontano dal caos, senza rinunciare alla vicinanza alle principali attrazioni della zona. Una bellissima sorpresa è stata la spa, gestita in maniera impeccabile. L’organizzazione è tale da garantire la privacy delle famiglie, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più rilassante e piacevole. Un tocco in più che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale!

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è molto confortevole con una vista spettacolare. Posizione ottima per chi vuole avere un po’ di pace ma essere comunque vicino al centro (5 min a piedi). Mary è stata molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

Metto 5 stelle su tutto ma ne metterei anche 10. Appartamento stupendo pulizia perfetta disponibilità di Claudio veramente al di là dell’ immaginabile…. Ti tratta come se ti conoscesse da sempre ed è sempre disponibile . Consiglio a tutti e vi prego mantenete l’appartamento come lo avete trovato è un posto speciale che merita di non essere violato . Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Tana del Lupo ist perfekt für einen Urlaub draußen. Auf mehreren Ebenen lässt es sich bei spektakulärer Aussicht schön in den Tag leben, ergänzt durch den wahnsinns Wellnessbereich und die perfekte abgelegene Lage - ein Traum. Innen ist das Haus eher praktisch eingerichtet, dennoch mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Raum ist nach oben offen, was keinen unterschiedlichen Schlafzeiten zulässt und der nächtliche Toilettengang durch die kalte Nacht ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Die 30 Minuten Auffahrt über enge italienische Bergstraßen ist nicht ganz einfach. Aber die Aussicht allemal wert. Wir sind nur einmal runter, um neue Pellets zu besorgen. Im April brauch man gut 2-3 Säcke zum Heizen. Ansonsten wären wir einfach hier oben geblieben. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege von hier aus. Dario war bei jeder Frage schnell per handy erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le logement et tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement est propre et conforme à la description. Et surtout la vue est époustouflante!

zeer gezellig huis vlak aan de piste en in het centrum van het dorp. heel leuk om s middags op het terras in de zon te lunchen. alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. klein minpuntje: af en toe wat geurhinder, maar mogelijks is dat een algemeen probleem in het dorp (ook wel af en toe in restaurantjes en zo gemerkt)

Casa Villi was breathtaking! Casa Silvi overlooks lake como and the view of the sunset was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen! This has been one of my best stays and I would recommend Casa Silvi to anyone who is thinking over visiting lake como. The host Silvana and Daniel were wonderful! They were so accommodating and happily brought us in and out to varenna! Silvi was amazing and prepared us a beautiful spread for breakfast and even cooked for us on our last night! We will definitely return!! Thank you Silvi and Daniel

Es war alles super, wir haben uns trotz etwas Regen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit in der Wohnung mit Sauna & Dampfpad genießen.

If it were possible to give Gabrielle and the Castle Loft 6 stars, I would absolutely do so. The best Host we have ever experienced...incredibly friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular. The village of Rezzonico is delightful and the views from the patio are stunning. For those looking to enjoy Lake Como in a more peaceful, "local" type setting...this is perfect. We are leaving this stay with not only unforgettable memories, but a new friendship. We recommend Gabrielle and the Castle Loft with the greatest level of enthusiasm and confidence.
