We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

La casa è esattamente come descritta: le camere sono veramente molto spaziose e gli spazi attorno molto confortevoli. La terrazza è l'ideale per riposarsi il pomeriggio dopo un'escursione sul Monte Cantiere (altamente consigliata). Paolo e Federica sono stati gentilissimi, rispondendo molto velocemente e offrendo molte informazioni utili. Infine ci hanno incoraggiato a utilizzare gli ortaggi dal suo orto che erano veramente deliziosi.

Preis-Leistung hat gestimmt. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen. Das war genau das, was wir wollten, also alles in Ordnung. Der Garten braucht allerdings mal wieder etwas Liebe und Zuneigung.

Absolutely amazing property and the hosts are even better!! I will be back again. Wonderful recommendations, especially for a balsamic tasting (with wine) - that was the best. Loved the location and area. Hosts were perfect and I’m now proud to call them friends! Please stay here, it’s heavenly! Thank you for everything! We will be back and we will send our friends!

Alberto è un host attento, puntuale, cordiale, molto reattivo e sempre disponibile oltre ad essere una persona socievole con la quale avere interessanti conversazioni. la casa è molto grande e comoda adatta a gruppi di più persone. Noi eravamo due famiglie e siamo stati benissimo. 4 ampie camere due bagni completamente rifatti, una comoda zona living e una cucina ben fornita e abitabile. Il giardino è stupendo, la proprietà è in mezzo alla campagna in una oasi di pace ma comunque molto vicina al centro abitato e a poca distanza da Parma, Reggio e Modena. Consigliatissimo!

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Borgo delizioso, all’insegna del relax con piscina e giardino. Casina ben curata e ristrutturata con gusto, offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Spazi adatti anche per bambini. Cucina ben organizzata con tutto l’occorrente, bagno nuovo. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolti calorosamente e fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

Host super gentile. Nonostante il maltempo abbiamo trascorso due giorni nella Hobbit house al riparo dalla pioggia vicino al fuoco della stufa in una bellissima atmosfera a lume di candela lontani dalle preoccupazioni della città.

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

sistemazione a dir poco eccellente: appartamento tanto elegante quanto confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario anzi molto di più (apprezzatissimo tutto il kit per la prima colazione), comodissimo il parcheggio a pochi metri dall'ingresso. zona molto tranquilla, sicura e a pochi chilometri dalla città di Modena e dall'autostrada. host e cohost molto disponibili e cortesi per ogni esigenza. rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. sistemazione quindi sicuramente da consigliare.

Abbiamo scelto questa soluzione perché abbastanza vicina al parco Cerwood, obiettivo della mini vacanza, ma soggiornare a Carpineti ha offerto molto altro. E' come fare un viaggio indietro nel tempo. Uscire di casa e vedere i posti che andrai a visitare è impagabile. Dominique è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato molte informazioni utili. Una bella soluzione per passare qualche GG in tranquillità, mangiando cose tipiche e visitando luoghi suggestivi.

Our one night stay at Marianna’s was wonderful. We found her place to be quite cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. Parking was ideal as you park inside a gated area. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, but that just gives us an excuse to come back!

Ho trascorso un paio di giorni in una torre medievale che sembra uscita da un sogno antico, o forse da un’altra vita. Nessuna luce elettrica, nessun riscaldamento: solo pietra, legno, silenzio e il tempo che rallenta. È un’esperienza che chiede di spogliarsi del superfluo, di tornare a sentire il proprio respiro, il vento tra le fessure, la voce del fuoco. Ogni angolo di questa torre parla di storie passate, ma non è un museo: è viva, ti accoglie con la sua ruvida autenticità e ti costringe a guardarti dentro. Nessuna distrazione, solo l’essenziale. È un luogo perfetto per chi ha bisogno di staccare davvero e ritrovare un contatto profondo con sé stesso. Se senti il richiamo, sai già che devi andarci.

Perfect place to stay with friends and family. It was located in lovely place. Easy access to supermarkets and connections to city.
