We really enjoyed our time in Viareggio and this apartment was perfect for us! We stayed with the baby and Giovanni and Francesca made sure that we have everything we need for the baby. We would stay again and I highly recommend this place!

We verbleven in het appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 6 en 8. Alles is tip top. Hierdoor voel je je meteen thuis. Het appartement is ruim opgezet. Aan alles is gedacht. Er is simpel eten en drinken om je de eerste uren door te laten komen, een wasmachine, fohn, zwembad handdoeken etc. De bedden liggen erg goed en de airco werkt uitstekend. Het zwembad en parkeerplek zijn voor de deur. Het zwembad is erg fijne plek om te ontspannen en is nooit te druk. Lucca ligt op 10 minuten rijden en is erg leuk en makkelijk te bezoeken. Er is altijd voldoende plek om te parkeren. Vele andere bezienswaardigheden zijn op prima rijafstand van het appartement. We waren er 2 weken en hebben ons nooit verveeld. Een auto is noodzakelijk. Als laatste natuurlijk Elisa die alles mogelijk maakt. Ze doet dit uitstekend. Alles is tip top en met een fijne en positieve energie maakt Elisa het tot een prettig verblijf. Als er iets is of nodig is reageert ze snel.

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Wir waren 7 Tage in Pescia auf der Anlage von La Cupola Agriturismo und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind genau was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Die Nähe zu Nachbar*innen erlaubt es aber auch neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

Francesco’s apartment was great for our 2 night stay in Lucca (we wish it was longer, the town is wonderful). The location was great with many restaurants and bars nearby and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the wall for a nice walk around the city. The apartment is very comfortable and plenty big for the two of us. It has all the necessary essentials. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was very relaxing with excellent water pressure. Two bonuses are the patio overlooking a park and the town to sit and relax and parking with the city walls. The building is quiet. Highly recommended.

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Great neighbourhood just outside the city walls. Easy to walk everywhere. Room is nicely laid out and kitchen/bathroom were great. Quiet.

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

A very nice apartment with everything we needed. The check-in was super easy and painless. Once arrived the place was spotless and well prepared for our stay. Annalisa was fast to respond to any messages and was always super friendly and helpful. Surrounding the place there are restaurants, grocery shops and the beach all in walking distance. Friendly warning: There is one bedroom door that is shorter, so watch your head! All in all we were super happy with the place and would definitely come back, thanks!

L’appartamento è molto bello, dotato di tutto quanto lo rendono una casa vera, attrezzato e davvero pulitissimo. Gli host sono molto cordiali, gentili e diponibili. Dalla casa è velocissimo raggiungere la Pineta e il corso principale che corre lungo il mare. Marco e Oriana

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in Pietrasanta verbracht. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber angetroffen. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Sie liegt sehr zentral. Man kann alles innerhalb von 10 - 15 Autominuten erreichen: Strand, Supermarkt und Shoppingcenter. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in Pietrasanta. Frische Ciabatta und andere Köstlichkeiten gibt es gleich die Treppe runter. Wir haben jeden Tag warmes Brot zum Früstück genossen. Wir würden sofort wieder hierher in die Ferien kommen. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Elton due notti in occasione del carnevale. L'appartamento era in perfetto ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, in una posizione estremamente comoda per accedere sia al mare che alla sfilata. È stato molto comodo inoltre avere un parcheggio riservato. Elton è sempre stato disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il soggiorno presso Casa Formentale. La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Francesca si è dimostrata un'host eccezionale: disponibile, cordiale e attenta, nel rispetto della nostra privacy. La posizione dell'appartamento era ideale per esplorare la zona, e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i suoi suggerimenti su attività e luoghi da visitare con i bimbi. Consiglio vivamente il suo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza autentica e piacevole. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist einfach großartig nach einem wundervollen Tag in Lucca in den heißen Whirlpool zu steigen. Die Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Es ist alles so gemütlich und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich super wohl. Mit Emily funktioniert die Kommunikation super gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt bzw. an der Stadtmauer, um mit dem Hund zu laufen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Un esperienza fantastica, l'alloggio era pulito e ben fornito (una cucina da far invidia a quelle di casa), immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità. Gentilissimi i gestori. Veramente un posto in cui tornare.

Pani Emanuela zapewniła nam ekspresowe zameldowanie w bardzo czystym apartamencie. Miejsce jest ogromne i piękne. Otoczenie przed domem i widoki są prześliczne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, wygodne łóżka. Sama właścicielka jest przesympatyczna, szybko odpisywała na wiadomości. Jedynie w opisie nie było zawarte , że 1 godzina jest tylko darmowa ,a resztę już płatne, dopiero później po zakupie w regulaminie było napisane ze trzeba zapłacić. Ale wszystko nam się jak najbardziej podobało. Z przyjemnością wrócimy:)

Die Badesaison war zwar Ende September zu Ende, deshalb konnten wir einige sehr entspannte Tage mit sehr wenigen Leuten am Strand verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für lange Strandspaziergänge gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Danke herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft!
