Da wir reine Strandgänger sind, war die Lage des Hauses für uns ideal, es sind nur 5 - 10 Min. zu Fuß an den Strand. Das Haus ist sauber und hat eine super Lage. Man ist hier auf dem schönen Grundstück für sich alleine. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und Toilette, was für uns besonders ansprechend war. Gino der Hausmeister und seine Tochter haben uns alles bei Reiseantritt erklärt und gezeigt. Gino war auch so immer erreichbar. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein, Keksen, Aufstrichen und einer Packung Toastbrot begrüßt.

Giuseppe e Denisia sono due persone gentilissime e premurose .. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno, presso la loro struttura, indimenticabile. I nostri due figli non volevano più andar via e a dire il vero neanche noi …Location meravigliosa e da scoprire….

What a wonderfull vintage, warm and clean house. We will never forget seeing the sunrise sitting in bed with de windows wide open. What a beginning of our trip through Italy. What a beginning of the spring. We hope this house will bring every one who stays here the same warm feelings about the place.

Very beautiful spacious house with 2 large bedrooms and two smaller ones. Large outdoor patio with trees and incredible views of the sea. Ideal for relaxing, with only the sound of the waves. Good welcome from Monica with clear instructions. Access by car is easy, but going out for a walk is less obvious given the traffic on the adjoining road. We had an excellent stay!

We spent three weeks in August at Nino's beautiful place. The pictures don't do it justice, it was even nicer than we expected. Marmoreo itself is quite small but you can take numerous trips; we went to Castelvecchio, Toirano, Savona, Albenga, Pieve die Teco, Zuccarello, Laegueglia, Noli and many more. Villanova d'Albenga has everything you can need and is roughly 30 minutes away. We enjoyed the winding mountain routes a lot. Liguria and the beaches have been nothing but wonderful. As expected the weather was very hot but the fans in the house do help and there is a nice breeze on the beautiful terrace. One of our highlights was joining la fiesta del buon mangiare in Casanova Lerrone which also has a nice little café and a playground for our daughter. Nino was also very helpful when we encountered a little problem and helped us out. The house was spacious for our family of 5 with various places to sit inside and outside. Bathroom and kitchen are modern. We loved the antique feel!

Nice place. Fantastic sea view. Very quiet and definitely best to have car. Bettina is very responsive and even send a video on how to reach her place. Comfortable for my family of 6. Thanks for having us.

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Andrea was an amazing host and his place was beautiful and very well located in the city. Perfect place for a big family!

Hele fijne villa met geweldig zwembad, we hebben ons er goed vermaakt. Het is binnen allemaal wel wat verouderd, maar dit gaf charme en was voor ons geen probleem. Dit zou in de toekomst eventueel wat verbeterd kunnen worden om het verblijf helemaal perfect te maken. Als ik dan toch een minpunt moet noemen is dit de entree bij het hek, wij hebben geen verlaagde auto maar kwamen er niet overheen zonder dat de auto op de drempel schraapt. Gezien de al steile helling is de drempel lastig om goed te nemen, dus dit is misschien iets om aan te pakken in de toekomst. Verder weinig opmerkingen, host heeft alles perfect uitgelegd en villa was heerlijk voor onze familie. Vooral erg geschikt voor verblijf met kleine kinderen, door alle afsluitbare hekken op het terrein.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and spent wonderful autumn holidays. The pictures and the description were correct. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The equipment in the house itself is of high quality and very pratcical. You can tell that the hosts are there themselves from time to time, because everything is there and there is enough of everything you need. Especially in the kitchen it can sometimes be a challenge - here in this house there was really everything you need if you like to cook. The internet is fast enough and Netflix helps when travelling with children - but also pleases the adults. Communication with Tanya was smooth and quick. The handing over of the keys and the necessary explanations on site were impeccable. All very flexible and solution-oriented when necessary. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großartiger Aussicht auf die Stadt! Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, sodass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlt. Toller Pool. Die freundliche Nachbarin die darüber wohnt hat auch immer darauf geachtet, dass die Wasserqualität gut ist. Die Autobahn sieht auf der Landkarte näher aus als sie in Wirklichkeit ist. Sie hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Einzige Nachteile: WiWi leider nur im Parterre und die Regelung zur Müllensorgung ist kompliziert und nimmt viel Zeit in Anspruch. Auch das Handtuchwaschen am Schluss ist lästig. So etwas sollte in der Endreinigung enthalten sein. Trotzdem tolles Haus und jederzeit wieder!

Our family (two adults, four kids) stayed at Claudia's house for 5 nights and we had a great time. The first experience is to get there as we had a big family van and the streets are both steep and very narrow. The first time you drive up is a little daunting but then you notice that the local drivers are very understanding, friendly and helpful. The appartment was very clean and very well equipped. The location and views are much more special than you would expect from the pictures, it's a magical place. The pool area is the highlight, we spent most of our time there. The appartment has a huge covered balcony (with views of the pool and mountains) perfect for dining with up to 6 people even on rainy days. Claudia was always available and really does her best to make sure you have a great time, we loved everything and will visit again. Grazie mille Claudia!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. The garden is also really nice with a big lemon tree. Pool was clean and great. It is located on a hillside in a small village, so there is a nice view. We will highly recommend it.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Personen, und das Haus war perfekt für uns. Genug Platz um sich frei zu bewegen und sich zu erholen. Das Haus ist abgelegen auf einem Berg, was richtig toll ist. Es hat uns vor der Hitze der Stadt gerettet. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, man fühlt sich sehr frei und es gibt genug Platz zum Spielen. Dario ist super lustig und offen. Er hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Außerdem war er bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Besser kann ein Urlaub nicht sein! Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Sabine und Ole sehr genossen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst: Haus (liebevolle individuelle Einrichtung, alles da, was es braucht), Pool (bei heißem Wetter, das Beste, was es gibt, mit herrlicher Aussicht und Außendusche), Lage (ruhiger authentischer Ortsteil, toller Blick, schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur, … etc.) Wetter und dazu so tolle Gastgeber, die jede Frage gerne beantworten, tolle Hinweise geben und dazu einfach sehr tolle Menschen sind. Vielen vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Aussicht und der Pool sind Top, die Räume und der Garten schön gestaltet und die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Anna ist eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

The host (Dario) answered quick to any of our messages and was always very helpful. He gave us good recommendations for the region and in general was a nice person. The house is very nicely located in the depths of a ligurain valley, so if you are looking for a private get away qith friends, it's perfect. Since it's quite remote, at night we could see a beautiful amount of stars.
