Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

La mia esperienza ad Abbadia San Salvatore è stata eccellente, grazie soprattutto alla mia host Simona. È stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a rispondere alle mie esigenze. Mi ha fornito tanti consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare, aiutandomi a scoprire angoli autentici del territorio che altrimenti non avrei conosciuto. Un’accoglienza calorosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Consiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella magia dei muri in tufo di Pitigliano. Casa bella, molto accogliente, il terrazzo dà un tocco in più! Emilio è stato gentilissimo. Torneremo senz'altro, grazie per questi bei giorni nella vostra casa!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Mirko, que je recommande vivement. L’endroit est paisible, en pleine nature, à deux pas de la forêt — parfait pour se déconnecter. L’emplacement est impeccable pour ceux qui cherchent calme et tranquillité. Il serait utile d’ajouter quelques équipements de base comme du sel, de l’huile ou du café, que les voyageurs utilisent souvent mais n’achètent pas forcément pour un court séjour. Heureusement, Mirko a été très réactif et nous a gentiment apporté du sel. À noter : la taxe de séjour et les frais liés à la consommation pour chauffer la maison sont à régler en supplément.

Fantastica vacanza Mattia è un super host, la casa è spettacolare e dotata di tutti i confort Molti pulita ed accogliente e’ in una posizione strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare i meravigliosi ed antichi borghi toscani Non dimenticate di visitare il parco della Maremma con la splendida spiaggia di Marina di Alberese A Castiglioni della Pescaia ci sono ottimi ristoranti sia di pesce che di carne Da provare! Ara Macao e’ una casina deliziosa che ti invita a ritornare ……. Ed è gestita veramente bene da Mattia

Soggiorno indimenticabile. Luca è un host perfetto, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli per vivere tre giorni unici. La casa è perfetta, curata in ogni dettaglio. Non potevamo chiedere di più. Torneremo sicuramente per visitare tutto quello che non abbiamo avuto il tempo di vedere.

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Eine sehr schöne mit Style eingerichtete Wohnung. Tolle ruhige Umgebung mit tollen hilfreichen Menschen.

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

Anna was an incredible host, so helpful and personable. We were blown away by the space from its location to its cleanliness. And the view from the kitchen window was amazing! Highly recommend!

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Paolo is a great host and his place is first class. He met us at check in, explained everything about the apartment, and had good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. A 5 minute drive from town it is in a very peaceful location with nice views of the countryside and easy parking. It was perfect for making short day trips to many of the surrounding beautiful walled villages of Tuscany, and was the perfect setting to come back to at the end of the day. The apartment has very comfortable beds and is beautifully furnished. My wife and I found this a perfect place for our 5 days of exploring the beauty of Tuscany. Highly recommend.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

너무 깨끗하고 웰컴 음료 및 커피도 너무 좋았어요. 침구류도 깨끗하고 욕실도 너무 깨끗합니다. 운영하는 식당에서 먹은 음식과 와인은 최고였어요. 다음에 이탈리아 오면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶어요.

Denise's place in Castiglione d'Orcia was like staying in a fairy tale. The 7th century fortress/castle behind her place was the back wall of the terrace. And the views looking east overlooked all that one would think of when you think of Tuscany. Every morning I got up and took pictures of the amazing sunrise over the rolling green hills with rows of silver cypress lining dirt roads. Her place is at the top of the hill, right in the middle of the medieval village. You could meander through the medieval pathways imagining you are in a time gone by. It did help keep us in shape staying here because there are a lot of steep uphill walks and lots of stairs, though it is possible to bypass most of them, taking the longer route down to the main piazza. The furnishings also were comfortable and nice, yet period appropriate. Staying here is like living in a history book!

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

I had the most amazing and unforgettable experience in Thiago’s place. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and the decoration balances pretty well a rustic and renewed aesthetic. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, I believe that visiting on spring season was a plus. The sunset in the dining table is breathtaking and the location was very strategic for us, as we went from Florence to Thiago’s place, visited Montepulciano and Montalcino that are pretty near Pienza, and then we went to Rome to return the car. Beautiful memories with our family, definetely recommend it.

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

Der Hausteil entsprach genau den Beschreibungen, der Garten war ein Traum, so sicher eingezäunt für unsere Hunde, pflegeleicht und gepflegt und wunderschön angelgt. Im Haus war es blitzblnk sauber, alles was es braucht, ein Highlight war die "Aussendusche". Der Airbnb Link hat uns leider zur Ankunft fehlgeleitet, doch Senta hat uns ohne Murren wunderbar empfangen, Danke vielmals. Sie war als Nachbarin sehr hilfreich in der Kommunikation, Lorenzo hat aber bei Nachfragen immer sehr schnell reagiert. Für Hundebesitzer: Zeckenschutz !!! Ansonsten waren unsere Ausflüge interessant und spannend, an den verschiedenen Hundestränden voller Spass am und im Meer. Wir mussten wegen meiner Zahnschmerzen 1 Tag früher abreisen, Lorenzo hat sich sehr entgegenkommend gezeigt. Herzlichen Dank dafür, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir haben uns im Haus und im Garten, auf der Terrasse so wohl gefühlt, dass wir am liebsten zuhause gekocht haben. Und das will etwas heissen.

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Casa del Fico in aprile 2025. La casa è molto bella, pulita e ben curata, collocata nel silenzio delle campagne retrostanti Marina di Pescia Romana, con numerosi posti letto a disposizione. Oltre alla sala da pranzo al piano terra ve ne è una anche nel seminterrato, entrambe con lunghi tavoli che consentono pranzi e cene anche per ospiti numerosi (noi eravamo in 9). Nel bel giardino è presente una piscina e un gazebo con un altro grande tavolo che consente di mangiare all’aperto, meglio se sotto le stelle, ben visibili stante lo scarso inquinamento luminoso della zona (specie per chi vive in città). Numerosi sono i luoghi da visitare nel circondario: Saturnia, Tarquinia, il parco archeologico di Vulci, Viterbo, il lago di Bolsena, la Maremma, solo per citarne alcuni, oltre ovviamente al mare. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Non possiamo che consigliare la Casa del Fico a tutti coloro che intendono programmare una vacanza in queste belle zone.

abbiamo soggiornato in 8 amici per il capodanno, nonostante il nostro ritardo all'arrivo Riccardo si è trattenuto per spiegarci la storia della casa e dei suoi dintorni. è sempre stato disponibile ed interessato sulla comodità del nostro soggiorno. la casa è veramente magnifica, ancora più grande di quel che si vede in foto e veramente ben tenuta. il tragitto per arrivare non è semplicissimo ma una volta imparato diventa più semplice.

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.
