Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön inmitten der Landschaft gelegen, das Meer erreicht mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten. Enrico gibt bei der Ankunft viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht.

Wonderful stay at an authentic Tuscan farmhouse! We found exactly what we were looking for: a classic old farmhouse that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Tuscany. The spacious garden and peaceful surroundings allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail – perfect for winding down after a long day. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Communication with David was excellent and straightforward. Hopefully, this won't be our last stay here!

Dorreth e Fernando sono super cordiali e disponibili. Gli appartamenti sono accoglienti. La piscina ed i giardini sono una chicca. La posizione è molto strategica sia per muoversi verso le località di mare e i parchi della maremma sia per raggiungere località più interne della Maremma fino alla Val D'orcia e monte Amiata. Per ogni necessità si può raggiungere Grosseto in 5 minuti avendo quindi tutte le comodità di una cittadina pur alloggiando in aperta campagna. Esperienza piacevole e rilassante.

Siamo stati benissimo con una coppia di amici nei giorni di capodanno. dintorni splendidi e la villetta deliziosa, molto comoda e calda oltre ad essere perfettamente attrezzata sia all interno che all'esterno. Olga è stata molto disponibile e gentile consigliatissima !

Breathless! We so enjoyed our stay, it was absolutely beautiful!. The place is comfortable, clean, peaceful and had everything needed for our stay. Stella was very helpful with recommendations places for dinner and the market It is even more beautiful than the pictures. The views are amazing. The Le Chiuse wine tasting and tour is a must! We had an awesome time!

Our stay at Paolo’s was incredible! The apartment was perfectly appointed, so comfortable and absolutely spotless. The amenities are well thought out and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We greatly appreciated how kind, helpful and responsive Paulo was and the location is just so peaceful and breathtaking! Highly recommend!

Vittoria è stata molto disponibile nel venirci incontro su tutto. I bimbi hanno vissuto una bellissima esperienza con i suoi animali, a partire dai cani ai cavalli. Posto molto tranquillo e ideale per rilassarsi. Mio marito ha apprezzato molto la corsa fatta nei dintorni e abbiamo fatto delle passeggiate sul lungomare a breve distanza con il nostro cane. Doveva essere una piccola fuga dalla città per ricaricarci e così è stato:in totale libertà e relax. Grazie

Bardzo polecam to miejsce osobą które szukają ciszy i spokoju. Mieszkania są świetnie wyposażone, zawierają wszystko czego potrzebujesz (nawet do gotowania!). Zajęliśmy apartament od ulicy, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to (jest jeszcze na pietrze z tarasem i od ogrodu) ponieważ ulicą przejeżdża maksymalnie jeden samochód dziennie, a nocą są piękne widoki na niebo. Jedynym minusem jest brak klimatyzacji w cenie, trzeba za nią dodatkowo płacić. Świetny basen z miejscami do opalania, stolikami, są również stoliki w cieniu. Jeśli potrzebujesz zrobić pranie- nie ma problemu, udostępniają pralkę. Nie ma zbyt wielu miejsc do spacerowania, zwiedzanie wiąże się z podróżą do najbliższych miast, ale na tej samej ulicy znajduje się niesamowita, rodzinna restauracja (La dogana) z której polecam korzystać!

I stayed at this Airbnb on a farm, and overall it was a great experience. The interior was nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. I had rented a vintage Fiat 500 from another company, and when I brought it back, the host kindly pointed out a few issues—like a small oil leak—and gave me helpful driving tips, which I really appreciated. The location is quite remote, with no restaurants within a 15-minute drive, but the scenery is beautiful. The farm itself has stunning views over wide stretches of Tuscan countryside, which was a real highlight. Driving around also let me explore hidden spots most tourists wouldn’t see. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have a view; you need to step outside into the yard to enjoy it. Other than that, my stay was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend it for a peaceful countryside escape.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

La casina è splendida. Posto ideale per rilassarsi e staccare, con ottimi ristoranti e la cantina antinori a due passi . Alberto sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Anche la nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato , tanto spazio e pace assoluta. Torneremo sicuramente .

We had an incredible stay at this villa in Tuscany! The location is absolutely perfect – surrounded by beautiful countryside and offering breathtaking views that make every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The host was welcoming, attentive, and always available for any questions, making our experience even more enjoyable. The villa itself is charming, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It combines authentic Tuscan style with modern amenities, and every room is thoughtfully designed for a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights for us was the open space around the villa. Our one-year-old son loved having the freedom to run around and play in the vast, secure area. It was wonderful to let him explore safely and enjoy nature right outside our door. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Tuscany. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return!

Nico‘s place sits on a beautiful piece of property atop a hill overlooking Montepulciano. You can walk around the hill and see a 360° view of amazingTuscany. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured but natural, making for a peaceful, quiet retreat. The architecture of this historic setting is gorgeously Tuscan yet super comfortable, attractive, and functional. Nico and his team are wonderfully pleasant, super helpful, and there if you need them. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this opportunity. We will definitely be back.

Had the most amazing time in this beautiful place! Stayed for 5 nights, two families with young children, and felt at home once we got there. We were amazed by the design and surroundings. Not enough words to describe!

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Häuschen. Man soll sich nicht von der Schotterstraße schrecken, es zahlt sich aus! Wir empfehlen es für alle, die mal Weg von der Tumult und Menschen wollen.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, super Küche, sehr schöne Terrasse, sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende vor-Ort-Betreuung, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This stay in Tuscany was the last part of our Italy trip and my husband and I both agree was the best! The location and the apartment could not have been better. We loved the privacy, the beauty of the area and those views of the Val d'Orcia valley are spectacular! We spent our days exploring all the hilltop towns in the area and never found Nicolette's place too far away. We loved driving in Tuscany! Nicolette was a lovely host and extremely helpful with restaurant and winery suggestions. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants to experience a peaceful stay in Tuscany.
