During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. Wij hebben twee weken een fantastische tijd gehad in het huisje van Ivan. Het ligt op een geweldige locatie bovenop de heuvel tussen de wijnvelden. Het uitzicht zowel overdag als ‘s avonds is fantastisch. Ivan is ook een geweldige host. Reageert heel snel en denkt mee en komt met leuke dingen. Zo hebben we zelfs met ons gezin een bbq en wijnproeverij gehad. Supergezellig. Ik denk dat we zeker nog een keer langsgaan. Een echt aanrader als je van rust en privacy houdt. In de buurt ook leuke uitstapjes mogelijk. Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Venetië en Florence is allemaal goed te doen in een dag.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive answering all queries very quickly. The accommodation was exceedingly tidy with a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed during the stay. The pool was a good size and clean. The house had air conditioning in the two bedrooms although not in the main living part of the house which did get quite warm in the August heat. We used the wood fuelled BBQ once but didn’t take the opportunity to use the pizza oven. Most days we ate one meal at the accommodation and one in a local restaurant (many to choose from and the host offered recommendations). The whole building was made up of two accommodations (the one we hired and a second where the host was staying) although this can also be rented out. Although the hosts were on site in the adjacent house, they kept out of the way and cleaned the pool daily leaving and were on hand for queries. A great place for a family retreat and would recommend to others. Thanks Anat!

De omgeving is erg mooi. Stia Poppi zijn zeker het bezoeken waard. Florence kan ook makkelijk met de trein. Het huis is eenvoudig maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral het terras met bbq en het zwembad ( met uitzicht ) zijn super. De tv heeft heel veel zenders waardoor wij ook het EK konden kijken.

Fijn en prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede host, mooie omgeving. Hele fijne plek om Italië te ontdekken met veel leuke dingen in de buurt en om te ontspannen!

Sempre piacevole tornare da Marzia, una casa perfetta per una reunion con la famiglia o per un weekend con gli amici. La piscina ti intrattiene di giorno ed il barbecue la sera. Il centro di Montiano, a due passi da casa, è perfetto per un aperitivo. Marzia sempre disponibile e piacevole.

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Appartamento in un luogo molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde, ideale per un weekend di relax. Aree per trekking facili da raggiungere. Host sempre disponibile.

Accueil exceptionnel, équipe au petit soin, très chaleureuse et à l’écoute.Accès direct à la plage privée depuis la résidence,appartement conforme à la description, propre avec balcon et vue sur mer depuis quasiment tous les appartements.Je recommande, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Luogo stupendo, tranquillo e ben curato. Gli host sono una coppia gentilissima e disponibilissima. Si è anche offerto di aiutarmi per il barbecue alla mia richiesta di informazioni sul funzionamento dello stesso. Colazione inclusa di alta qualità e con uova derivanti dalle tre galline presenti in residenza. Tenda spaziosa attrezzata con piumoni e letto comodo, con panorama mozzafiato al risveglio al mattino. È anche presente una piscinetta. Da passarci assolutamente almeno una notte. Noi torneremo di sicuro.

Appartamento grande, comodo, un po' datato negli infissi. Qualche piccolo servizio da migliorare, esempio la mancanza di asciugamani e uno scolapasta non adatto a 6 persone, ma nel complesso molto bene. Televisione con decoder e quindi 2 telecomandi, comodo il parcheggio interno, l'aria condizionata nelle 3 stanze, il campo da tennis e la piscina. La spiaggia libera è poco lontana. Una vacanza piacevole, sarebbe bello poterci tornare.

Un séjour à couper le souffle. Le logement est situé sur une colline qui surplombe les vignes et champs à perte de vue. Faenza regorge d’excellents restaurants et bars. Fabio et Monia sont d’adorables hôtes à l’écoute et très bien organisés. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la maison, de la région et de la vie locale. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et nous nous en réjouissons déjà !

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna.
