Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Hpgel der Toskana. Ein wenig abgelegen aber wir haben das geschätzt. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung mit wircklich sehr gutem Essen und absolut guten Preise. Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, Pool, Klima und Heizung. Gepflegt und sauber. Hühner deren Eier wir holen durften. Magena wahr stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Weingüter in der Umgebung wo mann essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Magena und Eduardo

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Perfekte Oase für einen Familienurlaub Die Lage ist einfach herrlich – abgeschieden und ruhig, weit weg von der Hektik des Alltags. Das weitläufige Grundstück ist ein echtes Highlight: Es gibt schöne Pergolas, die zum Essen, Spielen und Entspannen im Freien einladen. Der Pool ist fantastisch – er wird täglich gereinigt, bietet bequeme Liegen und ausreichend Sonnenschirme. Besonders schätzten wir, dass das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, was es ideal für Haustiere macht. Die Schlafzimmer sind charmant eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten, die für erholsamen Schlaf sorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war top – mit einer gründlichen Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und kompetente Beantwortung all unserer Fragen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub, den wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können.

The most perfect place ever. You definitely need a car to get there, but the views and the location are totally worth it, it’s a dream!! The apartment is big and has everything you need. Host was responsible and very nice to deal with. Ten out of ten I recommend this place, totally worth it

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni davvero rilassanti nell’Airbnb “Michelangelo” di Massimo e la sua famiglia. La casa e’ davvero molto accogliente e tradizionale, accessoriata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e con una vista stupenda sulla valle e i tradizionali contorni della Toscana. La piscina con vista e la terrazza privata con vista , tavolo , gazebo , e barbecue sono perfetti per trascorre una bella giornata in compagnia e in totale privacy . Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Massimo, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il miele e l’olio di sua produzione come regalo di benvenuto, abbiamo apprezzato davvero la convenienza della location, facile da raggiungere tramite autostrada e centrale per poter vivere le esperienze che la valle del Chianti propone . Direi che il sogno di mia moglie americana di vedere le valli del Chianti si è avverato e non esiteremo a tornare da Massimo . Alla prossima!

C’est un endroit juste magnifique et encore plus maintenant que nous ne sommes fiancé là bas. C’est devenue un endroit très spécial pour nous, Mariam, Lucas et toute son équipe son d’une gentillesse incroyable. On se sent comme chez nous, Nous reviendrons c’est sure Merciiiii

We had a wonderful stay. Lorenzo and his family were amazing hosts. The property is well maintained and the pool was refreshing after a day of visiting Tuscany. You need a car but many Tuscan towns are within a 30-40 minute drive. The charming town of Lucignano is a 10-15 minute drive from the property. It has the best gelato!! If you want a place to retreat to at the end of a busy day then this is the place for you.

Wir haben uns bei Maria Luisa sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was es braucht. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wirklich wunderschön. Maria Luisa und ihr Sohn Simone sind unglaublich nett und super erreichbar. Was noch besser sein könnte: Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu hart und man muss einfach wissen, dass man zu Fuß nicht viel machen kann, sondern auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

Il posto ideale se si cerca un po’ di relax, con tutto ciò che serve per star bene in famiglia con bambini. Ottimo anche il ristorante!

Un posto incantevole immerso nella natura, con cavalli liberi che rendono l’atmosfera magica e rilassante. Il casale è curato e accogliente, e le persone che ci hanno accolto sono state di una gentilezza unica. Un luogo perfetto per staccare e rigenerarsi.

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

It was a great stay with family and friends. We appreciated the view and the house in typical tuscan style. Very nice hosts. Good quality time.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!
