Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

This was our second time staying at Richard's place and what impressed us most was how everything was just as clean, beautifully-appointed and comfortable as when we visited two years ago. We love staying here and hope to return again!

Elan and Jocelyn were great hosts. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to walk in and have fresh flowers waiting for us. They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had!

Rachael’s space was a perfect place for my family of 5 to enjoy the area around providence. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access into the beautiful Rodger Willam’s park. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The place was great. Very quirky old house endlessly fascinating what it lacked in modern amenities it made up for mystery. Great location in an absolutely stunning neighborhood. Courtney was great.

Lavonne’s place was exact what I was looking for with beautiful views. We spent a long weekend while attending my daughter’s graduation at JWU. The location was ideal for either a peaceful cup of coffee on the deck or a short trip into town to check out the local shops. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing house! So much detail and care in keeping the beautiful character of this home with modern updates in all the right places. We had a large group and had beds for everyone and lots of communal space for people to hang out and visit. Great location to all that we needed!

Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Annette’s place was perfect! There is always a person at the concierge desk if you have questions. The building is very safe as a key fob is needed to get in and also devices to access the garage area. The place is open and feels bigger than it is for a one bedroom apartment. We chose this area as we were going to the Amica Mutual Pavillion for a concert and we were able to walk to and from the event. We also went into Newport about a 30 minute drive to see the mansions and the cliff walk. It was a quick and relaxing getaway! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! Marie C.

Second time staying here! Very reasonably priced and super comfy bed (makes a huge difference when you are staying a week plus!). Would recommend!

The place was just as described and very clean. It is a basement unit apartment so if you have issues with stairs this would be a bit of a challenge. Overall it was a wonderful and served me well!

The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We were next to the YMCA, where we enjoyed exercising. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking. The internet was strong.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

You had me at heated bathroom floors. Bright space in living room and strategic placement of mirrors makes it feel so sunny. It couldn't be more convenient to Brown and downtown. Well equipped kitchen, loved seeing little sugar packets - a bonus when you are making coffee at home! the king bed is huge - so large that walking deeper into bedroom is a little tricky, but a tradeoff I will take anytime. This suite might not be for those with mobility issues - it's a set of steep wooden stairs to enter (through the back) and then a few steps down into its hallway (also relevant if you've got a lot/ big bag). Spacious kitchen, shutters that keep the bedroom dark when you want it to be and a beautiful marble kitchen countertop. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The building and neighborhood was picturesque and a very easy walk to the Brown University Campus. The amenities were everything we’d hoped from a well equipped kitchen, to great spaces to relax. There were lots of clean towels and blankets. We would love to stay here every time we visit the area.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

I had an incredible time staying here. The home was beautiful, safe, and the room and bathroom were incredibly clean. Instructions were all clear, and Airo was very helpful in giving us recommendations for places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend this to other people.

I was in Providence for my 10 year college reunion and Michael’s place was perfect for it. I used to live on the same street. The place was amazing, lots of space. It was walkable to a lot of my old favorite places to go. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Providence
