It was the perfect space for my husband and I to spend two nights in Occoquan. We weren't planning on spending a lot of time indoors so the studio was the right size & very comfortable. I really liked the bird nest theme, which was artfully incorporated into the decor. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and we were nice and cozy when the the weather decided to take a turn for the worst :) This was definitely a space for two people. I think it would be tight if you tried to convert the sofa to a bed, but you could make it work and I believe there were only two chairs for the counter (if you were planning on eating in). Also, if you need more space, I think they have several larger rentals. The area is beautiful and the restaurant next store is wonderful (The Secret Garden). The only thing if you are a light sleeper, it is an older building so we did hear our downstairs neighbors occasionally. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again.

We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

A wonderful apartment, located at a strategic part of the town. Barely 100 meters from the metro, and access to some of the finest restaurants, offers one a host of opportunities to travel and explore. Liz is a wonderful lady who is ready to offer suggestions and is very accommodating. All in all a fulfilling 6 days.

This was such an amazing property and the host was amazing, flexible, and I will definitely be back!!!! LOVE IT!

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!

This place is right in downtown, next to many good restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. The place was clean and the host was very responsive

Nadia was fantastic to work with as we were dealing with a stressful situation that required a quick exit from our home. She made every effort to get us in early even with a same-day guest departure. The apartment is absolutely perfectly stocked! So many thoughtful items made our stay very comfortable and easy. I wish we’re could have stayed longer to enjoy it all! The pond and geese/ducks outside the master bedroom were lovely (and made good sleeping white noise). Highly recommend if you’re in need of a convenient place in the area!

Stay was in an excellent location and great for me and my cat to hang out for a few days during a house renovation. Lots of great restaurants and even a movie theater close by. Only one rough patch finding the parking spot and what unit but figured it out pretty quick. I will be back I am sure!

Yezen is a very respectful and polite person. I felt comfortable during my stay. The apartment and bed were clean, and he was very welcoming during check-in. This place is highly recommended.

Great location for our long weekend. We visited museums in DC, and watched a college sporting event in Fairfax Station. Central location made it great for our visit.
