Cozy space for a long term stay. Anna was very responsive when there was an issue with the heat and fixed it right away. Great location close to the beach.

As a 1st time airbnb renter, i wasnt sure what to expect. Ernest made us feel welcome and at home. Everything we needed was available for our use. We were there for JWU graduation. It was nice being close to everywhere we needed to go.

Everything was even better than described. Very clean and very comfy, especially the beds were really good! Ryan was very helpful und always could provide a fast and easy answer. Thanks for the nice stay! 10/10 would recommend!

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.

Charming place with all the little added touches. Felt right at home, close to everything, and the Free Trolley (in season). Our trip was in the offseason, would absolutely stay here when we come back when in season. Though it was offseason there was still plenty to do. Most places were still open (even on Mon and Tue during offseason). Kat was a great host proactive and responsive.

Place was perfect. I was there for a soccer tournament and it accommodated so well. Also you are only 20 min. Away from providence. Also alot of good places to eat nearby.

This location was great! The wedding we attended was right down by the wharf, so it made our planning much easier by not relying on Ubers or Lyfts!

This was such a great location! Walkable to all of the downtown restaurants, bars and wharf. The space was more than enough for my getaway weekend with a few friends. Paul was helpful and extremely responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely choose this location again!

We have only compliments for this charming condo located in a beautiful neighborhood an easy walk from the Brown University campus. Everything in the place was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. The hosts paid attention to details (hooks and shelves in the bathroom, umbrellas available for use) and were highly responsive about communicating instructions ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

We had a nice stay overall. The steps leading up to the apartment weren’t bad, but there were quite a few strong-scented plug-ins in both the hallway and the apartment itself. They were a bit overwhelming for our asthmatic lungs and allergies. We didn’t have any major issues during the stay, but the dryer wasn’t working properly—which we didn’t find out until we tried to do a quick load of the baby’s clothes right before check-out. The host sent someone up when we notified them, but unfortunately, there wasn’t time to get it fixed before we had to leave. Not the end of the world—we found a laundromat on the way home, and it gave us a chance to stretch our legs. A fun surprise was a parade that went right by the house—it was a great bonus and everyone enjoyed it! All in all, despite a couple of hiccups, we would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Place was larger than expected and it's a great location with lots to do close by!

Plenty of room with nice furniture, the place was spotless, quiet neighborhood but with lots of nice places to eat nearby, his Guidebook was super helpful, communication was proactive and very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Honestly, Rachel was incredible! We were a little confused about which parking lot to use but that was an us thing haha. We messaged Rachel and she responded almost immediately. The entrance was only a tiny bit tricky but just as she described the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful when asked about it. The place was clean, the area is fun and convenient! I will 100% be a returning customer and would recommend her space to anyone. Federal Hill is a nice place to feel like you’re out of RI while still being in RI anyway but everything Rachel had to offer just added to the magic of it all! Thank you, sweets! You’re an amazing host.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Andy's a great host and the Onshore is a great property. We look forward to returning in future years!
