This beautiful apartment is very cozy, clean, plenty of space and is located in the center of everything. This place is great for 4 people with 2 big bedrooms. This was not an issue for me but it may be an issue for an elderly person, using the stairs to get up to the apartment. The stairway is narrow, but that’s to be expected when you have an older home. Our host responded very quickly, he was very helpful making sure I was comfortable during my stay and was always responded in a timely matter. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this place.

The only thing wrong with our stay was that it was too short! Joyce was an extremely responsive host and the apartment was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Assembly row was great and we spent a great time in Boston. Would definitely stay again!

nice place in Westend of Portland. walkable to downtown and restaurants within 15-20 minutes. Nice for one or two people for a visit.

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. This apartment is simply perfect! I felt comfortable and safe and loved waking up to the beauty of the space, the kitchen has all new appliances and the colors and craftsmanship are impressive. There was plenty of room throughout and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you Rick! I would definitely stay at your apartment again. I also highly recommend this place because of the great, central location.

We stayed at this beautiful home in our hometown while dealing with an insurance claim at our own house, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Our hosts were so kind and accommodating, making a stressful time so much easier. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a homey and happy stay.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

we had a lovely family vacation, the house is well equipped with anything one might need. particularly enjoying the screened porch with a swing-bench and hammock, surrounded by trees and bird feeds.

Our group of 10 had the most amazing time and it was so hard to leave. The house is so beautiful, has everything you could ever need or want. Everything is in great condition. We had so much space to live in and everyone was very comfortable. The view is absolutely priceless. Instructions on how to check in and out, and how to care for the home were very clear. Peri checked in with us the 1st night and we had one silly question the next day which she responded to right away. We only had three cars on site but there’s room for five which is a huge bonus. We’ve been at houses where you could park only two. Vacation in Wells every August for a week long vacation and will definitely be crossing our fingers for availability at this house. Thank you for sharing your home, we created memories and will remember this stay fondly for sure.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

If you're looking for a little bit of peace and quiet, a decent meal or a drink on the beach, and to fall asleep to the sounds of waves calmly crashing than this is the place for you! Let's start with the host Sameer. Very clear and concise with visit guidelines and very quick to respond to any messages. Fantastic. The condo itself is spotless and pretty much has everything you need whether it's coffee in the morning or cookware for an afternoon dinner. Now haven't been to the Brunswick quite a bit I do know the music and crowds in the summer can be a bit much, but being able to easily go upstairs to this condo that is on the opposite side of the band I'm sure is a nice way to end your day with having the opportunity to sit on the deck to listen to the music or close the doors and relax. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

Thus was a great location for our stay in Portland. Easy to get around and plenty to see and do nearby. i will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay here! It is in the perfect location and check in/check out was easy and quick. The place was spotless. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
